We stayed in a Luxury Suite which was huge with a big bathroom too. It was very clean and we had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. This hotel had the fluffiest bathrobes ..... ever!! Breakfast was buffet with lots of choice and you could order hot items off the breakfast menu. We sat and ate breakfast looking out over Plettenburg Bay and the Indian Ocean. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk for the beach so perfect location. And there is a viewing area on top of one of the blocks so you can spend time gazing out at the ocean. Main Street is about 5 minutes away in a car, it's too far to walk but worth the trip as there are plenty of places to eat & drink.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we couldn’t fault it. Fantastic location. Sitting outside on the terrace eating breakfast and watching the dolphins pass by in the bay - was unforgettable. Our sea view room was gorgeous. But the staff ! They could not do enough for you and our waiter Simi made our stay ALL the more enjoyable. Thankyou and we already planning our return visit next year

Unfortunately very average for premium pricing. The amenities are dated and service whilst friendly is not professional. When booking on the website there is a strong impression that you will have a sea view however this is misleading. Our room was at the back of the property and we may as well have been in the middle of town. The breakfast was passable and many evenings we didn’t get a turndown service. As experienced travelers we won’t return as there are many better offerings available.

Fabulous stay @ Robberg Beach lodge, our suite was on the top floor near to the rooftop bar with wonderful views. Just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach where we were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming in the sea. All staff were very professional and friendly always smiling and on hand for our every need. Our booking was B & B which was buffet style with lots of choice, cooked breakfast is available too. Didn't eat lunch or dinner here as we prefer to try local restaurants. Shout outs to 'Speedy' who went above and beyond to make our stay so special and for Ivy who kept our room spotlessly clean.

VERY misleading photographs, many of the rooms are within separate, dated units situated away from the pictured property. Then the major issue is with non stop noise at the back. Very student accommodation feel. The walls are paper thin, we could hear everything throughout all hours so if you risk it - definitely need your earplugs! While large rooms the interior is dated and unfortunately lots of insects and spiders throughout. It would be an OK property if sub €100 pn but for this price point, sad to report the worst value we’ve experienced in a month in SA. To try and end on a high - staff were very friendly and breakfast was good.

Comfortable hotel with beautiful sea views. Perhaps we were lucky with our room. Easy access to awesome beach. Staff friendly and attentive. More than adequate breakfasts and we had an excellent meal on our first night. Lots of steps in the hotel and down to the beach so May not be suitable for the less agile.
