"always a plesant stay here. clean room, brilliant service and environment.
Check in and check out was always smooth. Room is neat and clean. Good gym facility too.
However it seems recently to me that the parking registration is slow. everytime had issue going out upon checking, it was even an hour after check in and my car plate was still not registed. The rest, good as usual !! will surely be here again still...

We were on the highest floor and unfortunately we're subjected to noisy machinery (like rain-drops on a metal roof. Believe it came from the aircon condensers on the rooftop.)"

"If you are deciding to stay at Jln Permas area and looking for a decent room, Miyabi is the place. Fuss free, you can get a decent night's sleep without the expensive price. Room is of a decent size, comes with basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and body wash. Water is also hot and of decent pressure. Good for couples and families, there are rooms with 2 double beds. Reception speaks English, very friendly. There's a security guard outside the hotel, however I'm not too sure how safe it is to park your car overnight. We parked our car at the opposite R*** hotel."

I recently stayed at Hotel Yee and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The bed was super comfortable and the air-conditioning worked perfectly – a must for Malaysia’s weather!
What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, they made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. The location is also quite convenient – close to local eateries and just a short drive to key attractions.
Highly recommend Hotel Yee if you’re looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay. Will definitely return!"

"Small room but for me is quite clean. No traffic noise so I like that. No cockroaches or any unpleasant smell in the room. The front desk staff is also friendly - a chinese guy and lady. They smiled upon seeing me. Aircond is great - very cold. Wifi also great connection. I watched YouTube in the room without any lagging. Heater also works well - water pressure is good. They provide shampoo, body wash, mineral water, toothbrush and toothpaste.
There's an iron outside. Same floor. Also a dining table which is quite nice. For Muslims, there's a qiblat sticker inside the room which made it easy for me. That's all. I think good enough for the price I paid."

YYangyanglaoshiyaThis hotel was chosen as a last-minute change of hotel. I won't mention the name of the hotel I stayed in before. I always felt that the yin energy was too strong. I felt uncomfortable in the room for no reason the whole night. I didn't decide to change hotels until my face turned pale. It was almost 12 o'clock in the morning and I still felt that I needed to change hotels. It was too scary. Then I chose this hotel. The hygiene and overall feeling were good.

AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at this property for a group of 8 over 3 nights, and while there were some highlights, a few things definitely stood out - mostly not in a good way.
First off, the water pressure in one of the showers was really low. It made showering pretty uncomfortable, especially after a long day out. For a group of our size, this small annoyance started feeling like a big deal by the end of the trip.
Getting in and out with the lifts was another headache. We sometimes waited up to 15 minutes for an elevator, which was frustrating and ate into our schedule. When you’re traveling with a big group, waiting around like that is the last thing you want.
Parking was… something else. The parking lot is way up in a multi-storey car park, and reaching it took about 5-8 minutes of driving through turns and bumps. After doing this a couple of times, it started to feel pretty exhausting.
Supplies also didn’t quite match our needs. For 8 people staying 3 nights, we expected more toiletries than what was provided. And, even though the washing machine was advertised, there was no laundry detergent to use with it. It just felt like one more thing we needed to sort out ourselves.
On the positive side, booking was straightforward, and the property generally matched the online description. They are also collecting RM150/SGD50 as deposit in case it matters. But these seemingly small details like the water pressure, lift wait times, parking hassles, and basic supplies really impacted our comfort and added up over the stay.
My advice: If you’re a big group or planning a longer trip, check with the host early about what’s actually provided, especially the little conveniences. And if you’re driving, brace yourself for parking!

XXiaoSotongThe hotel is located at the city centre, very convenient for travellers. I felt safe during the stay as all guests have to use the access card or ring the bell for the hotel staff to open the door. My room was comfortable with strong aircond. Only basic toiletries were provided, no slippers in the room. Towels were thin and looked like cheap products. Water dispensers available near the reception. No breakfast provided but tasty local foods are available within walking distance.

The rooms are basic, minimal (as the name suggest) yet cozy, though the soundproofing could be improved, as some noise from the corridor was audible in certain rooms. While the hotel isn’t within walking distance to large malls, it’s quite conveniently located with a few coffee shops, convenience stores, and eateries just a 3-5 minute walk away. The hotel is also about a 30-minute taxi or Grab ride from City Square JB, making it accessible to major attractions. Overall, a solid option for those who value a good location and comfortable stay.

AAnonymous UserService and facilities were good enough for a short one-night stay. Quite value for money as breakfast was included. Breakfast was a simple Malaysia breakfast buffet and tasted good.
However, a point to caution future guests, I was asked to hand over my card to pay a deposit fee, which I thought the staff would simply scan/ tap the card on the card reader machine (like the previous hotels I have stayed in). But to my horror, the staff started taking down my card details, including my CVV number. Immediately, I felt extremely insecure and knew that it is too late to ask them to delete it as I could not be certain that they would truly delete the details. Hence, I immediately proceeded to lock my card and inform my bank about this. In the end, I had to pay for a replacement card for ease of mind.
I felt that the staff should have provided an option to place the deposit in cash and also informed beforehand that such card details would be taken down. If I had known that my card number and CVV number had to be recorded for deposit purposes, I would have requested to pay the deposit in cash.
