Firstly, got a room with thr door lock not functioning 360 degrees turntable, trip.com shows 1 other room available but staff don't bother to take a look at our lock and claims no other room to change to. Secondly, the lift is under maintenance. Thus, they open the back door to be accessible but anyone can enter the hotel and all level stairs door is opened which means anyone can go to your room level which brings to the lock issue, unsafe to stay. Reached for roughly 10mins, asked to be checked out and we booked other hotel. Cancel by trip.com platform, though nonrefundable but hotel rejected it, even though check in for 10mins only. Lastly, I believe the issues is on going but they don't bother to remind us or take down the slot from app platforms. First and last time. Worst hotel experience by far. Utterly disappointed.
