I got a rude WhatsApp message from the service staff saying that I did not pay for breakfast after I have checked out. The hotel also told me I have not paid for my tourism tax even though they collected a deposit from me before check in.
The staff then proceeded to ignore me. No updates of whether I really ate the breakfast and no apology if they had made a mistake.
Always check internally first before confronting the customer, and deduct whatever fees you all want during check out. It was a great experience until this happened. Will not be coming back.
