This executive room is bigger and cleaner (cleaner is just my personal opinion).
The rooms are basic, minimal (as the name suggest) yet cozy, though the soundproofing could be improved, as some noise from the corridor was audible in certain rooms. While the hotel isn’t within walking distance to large malls, it’s quite conveniently located with a few coffee shops, convenience stores, and eateries just a 3-5 minute walk away. The hotel is also about a 30-minute taxi or Grab ride from City Square JB, making it accessible to major attractions. Overall, a solid option for those who value a good location and comfortable stay.

So so only… hotel layout abit weird. We keep confusing to find the room number due to not by following number. Room number random jump suddenly

strategic location in tebrau! however the bedsheets has some stains so could be better unless you have your disposable bedsheet to bring along.

Location is a bit far from CIQ. nearest maKL needs some distance.
Can be quite boring as the area is quite quiet. No 7/11 or convenience, store within walking distance.
Can be quite dirty.
