Lovely location and great staff - a 5 night break and really enjoyed it - food was very good and beautifully presented with well organised waiting staff . Thallaso pool had easy access and secure car park underneath- good room size with wet room as accessible friendly - most rooms however have shower over the bath

Generally good, but could have been better. My bedroom was dated and my side of the bed smelled of cigarette smoke or ash. Staff were slightly less smiley than I am used to, especially those in the restaurant. A lovely place overall, but a couple of loose ends.

Good place to go for great sea front walks and treks on the beach when the tide permits or on the cliffs with added energy. Nice SPA for relaxing and getting back into shape. Efficient experienced SPA therapists. Elsewhere mostly very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great golf nearby.

We had a wonderful time. The staff were exceptional! The room was very comfortable and our treatments very enjoyable. All areas were spotless. The food was delicious. The only downsides would be that I found the lighting very bright in the restaurant, it felt a little like eating in a canteen and check in time is quite late at 4pm.

This was a very clean, efficient hotel. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Perfect position to the small town with many amenities nearby. You had to pay for parking, though this was very secure and well worth it.

This hotel is located in a wonderful position overlooking a beach which seems to stretch forever with a gentle lapping sea. Two minutes down the road there are shops and cafes. Our room was a good size with a door to the balcony. The bathroom had a safety rail and rubber mat for the bath and a separate toilet which was a bonus if anyone was washing at the basin. There was also a sink for coffee/tea making facilities. Everywhere was spotless and the cleaners kept it so. All staff, particularly at Reception were efficient and helpful. The restaurant however, was not to our taste. The first night I had fish on black rice with a not very pleasant sauce. A French lady at the next table agreed that she didn't like it either and to send it back. I didn't but we ate out henceforth. We would certainly return but next time take a French dictionary for the restaurant!

Un spa absolument incroyable ! Tout était impeccable, de la propreté des lieux à l’ambiance apaisante. Le personnel est très professionnel et extrêmement agréable, toujours à l’écoute. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, offrant une véritable bulle de détente. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Merci pour ce moment inoubliable !

Nous avons séjourné pendant 5 jours dans cet hôtel idéalement situé, où nous avons choisi une chambre avec vue sur la mer c'est l'idéal. J'ai été agréablement surprise par la politesse et la bienveillance du personnel, que ce soit la femme de chambre, à la réception, au spa ou parmi les serveurs. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, le spa impeccablement propre, et les chambres étaient spacieuses avec un balcon. Cet hôtel accepte les chiens pour un tarif de 16 euros par jour, ce qui est très appréciable pour nous et notre bouledogue français que nous emmenons partout. Merci pour la délicate attention qui l'attendait dans la chambre. Le parking privé est à la fois spacieux et sécurisé. Tout était parfait, rien à redire, un grand merci pour ce merveilleux séjour !
