Lovely location and great staff - a 5 night break and really enjoyed it - food was very good and beautifully presented with well organised waiting staff . Thallaso pool had easy access and secure car park underneath- good room size with wet room as accessible friendly - most rooms however have shower over the bath

Generally good, but could have been better. My bedroom was dated and my side of the bed smelled of cigarette smoke or ash. Staff were slightly less smiley than I am used to, especially those in the restaurant. A lovely place overall, but a couple of loose ends.

Good place to go for great sea front walks and treks on the beach when the tide permits or on the cliffs with added energy. Nice SPA for relaxing and getting back into shape. Efficient experienced SPA therapists. Elsewhere mostly very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great golf nearby.

We had a wonderful time. The staff were exceptional! The room was very comfortable and our treatments very enjoyable. All areas were spotless. The food was delicious. The only downsides would be that I found the lighting very bright in the restaurant, it felt a little like eating in a canteen and check in time is quite late at 4pm.

This was a very clean, efficient hotel. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Perfect position to the small town with many amenities nearby. You had to pay for parking, though this was very secure and well worth it.

This hotel is located in a wonderful position overlooking a beach which seems to stretch forever with a gentle lapping sea. Two minutes down the road there are shops and cafes. Our room was a good size with a door to the balcony. The bathroom had a safety rail and rubber mat for the bath and a separate toilet which was a bonus if anyone was washing at the basin. There was also a sink for coffee/tea making facilities. Everywhere was spotless and the cleaners kept it so. All staff, particularly at Reception were efficient and helpful. The restaurant however, was not to our taste. The first night I had fish on black rice with a not very pleasant sauce. A French lady at the next table agreed that she didn't like it either and to send it back. I didn't but we ate out henceforth. We would certainly return but next time take a French dictionary for the restaurant!

Far too expensive for the services offered. Supposedly unlimited access to the wellness area and swimming pool from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The next day, according to the thalassotherapy hostess, who is not at all friendly, you absolutely have to return the bathrobes and flip-flops before 11 a.m. and not just anywhere but in the room. In short, 381 euros for a garden suite for 2 adults and two children is expensive per night. Not even 7 p.m. in the hotel. That's not even a 24-hour day. In short. The wellness area is far too small for so many people. 4 armchairs in the area with jets, so two don't work. Hugely disappointed. Will not return. It's not worth a 4-star hotel. We're far from it.
