The waiters in the restaurant were charming. We received lots of helpful information from Fanni, the Customer Relations Manager. Our room had a little kitchenette with a fridge, so we could make our own tea in the morning and snacks/lunch in the daytime. The room was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay. The location was great, close to a lovely beach, which was peaceful and quiet during our stay in May. The restaurant food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, with plenty of choices for me, even though I need gluten free pescatarian/vegetarian options.

Just back from a repeat visit. We choose this hotel because it has always offered value for money on this ever more expensive island. We love the location, hire a scooter and go to a different beach every day. We are not interested in the pool area or the entertainment. This year we felt that the quality of the main courses at dinner had declined and more often than not struggled to find something nice. If we return it will be on a breakfast only basis (breakfast food was excellent). Restaurant staff are wonderful - a real credit to Insotel - friendly and professional. The hotel public areas are spotless but we felt that our room wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly as previously and we didn’t always get the correct number of towels. This might be because we were at the end of a corridor? Lovely view from our balcony in one of the quieter parts as we requested. Our neighbour complained that the fire door to the outside was jammed shut and was then wedged open for 2 days which was a little concerning. Overall pretty much as expected and we will almost certainly return as we love Formentera so much.

Excellent hotel which I would happily recommend. Staff are to be commended in reception, entertainment and especially the restaurant. The food is both hot and appealing in choice. The rooms are bright and cleaned to a high standard each day however the bathrooms could do with a bit of modernising and I would have appreciated Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. The price of beer etc around the pool is expensive if you are not all inclusive, e.g two small plastic cups of beer 10 euro. Would I go back, the answer would be yes.

My partner and I have just returned from this amazing hotel, as soon as we stepped off the coach we knew we had made a good choice, if the outside was like it was then inside was going to be so much better, and so it was, an immaculate hotel inside and out. So much choice when it came to meals, you simply can't fault it, caters for all tastes, bottle of wine or other choices for lunch and dinner with sea views from inside the restaurant. The rooms are very clean and great views from all floors. Two great pools and sandy beach in reach of other beaches only a very short walk away. Crystal clear warm waters. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and very helpful throughout the entire stay, the hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere and good vibes, evening entertainment is a must watch with bars close by. We were that impressed with the whole experience we cancelled a holiday for Sept/Oct in Greece and booked this one again, so we look forward to another two weeks at the end of September and we are bringing our parents along as we know they will enjoy it as much as we did last time. Formentera is a beautiful island but very expensive, so if you want value for money this is the hotel to be in.

I cannot fault this hotel and it's staff, clean, efficient, great choice of well cooked food, fun entertainment (could do with an adult disco couple of times a week though) beds were a bit hard but we had made a few friends with the lovely staff Javier and Isabel in the restaurant, Manu at the bar and Gerry, Ceaser and luca as the young entertainers. Definitely going again it's beautiful safe, paradise ✨️
