Hotel Palco in close proximity to the Grand Convention Center has an old world charm. Friendly Staff and lots of local fresh fruits and cuisine. The rooms were clean, comfortable and suited for business travel. Taxis were available to explore Havana.

Very bad service. Dirty place. Food was no well cooked. Roaches everywhere. I will stay away from Havana and Cuba. Better destinations around the Caribbean. Specially Mexico Cancun and Dominic Republic Punta Cana. More for the money and quality

This hotel must have been nice in the past. Like every other hotel in Havana, this one is in desperate need of updating. We were told that we were moved to this hotel on this trip so we wouldn't be delayed by President Obama's visit. The food provided by the hotel is not good. There was no water to shower the night we were there. A maintenance guy came to our room and told us to go to bed, water won't be available until morning. A helpful person called the room at 1am to let us know that the water supply had been restored. Really? At least the toilets worked, better than our experience at the Plaza Hotel. Cuba is not ready for tourists, and it won't be for a long time.

Ótima estrutura dentro do hotel , com bar e cafeteria 24 horas, restaurante. Café da manhã com bastante opções. Hotel velho mas bem conservado. Linha completa de canais na Tv. Único problema é a distância do centro de mais de 10km. Nenhum atrativo próximo do hotel.
