Very bad service. Dirty place. Food was no well cooked. Roaches everywhere. I will stay away from Havana and Cuba. Better destinations around the Caribbean. Specially Mexico Cancun and Dominic Republic Punta Cana. More for the money and quality

Hotel Palco in close proximity to the Grand Convention Center has an old world charm. Friendly Staff and lots of local fresh fruits and cuisine. The rooms were clean, comfortable and suited for business travel. Taxis were available to explore Havana.

Looking for something close to work, so we could stay focused and at the same time spend a few days away from home and refresh ourselves, we decided on this hotel. I do not recommend it for tourism, the service leaves a lot to be desired, the pool closes at 4:50 pm, and there is nothing else for recreation.

Great facilities inside the hotel, with a 24-hour bar and cafeteria, restaurant. Breakfast with plenty of options. Old hotel but well maintained. Full line of channels on TV. The only problem is the distance from the center of more than 10km. No attractions near the hotel.
