Bungalows Los Arcos

Had a really friendly warm welcome from the guy at reception who explained everything, such as the key for the gates around the edge of the complex (it is a gated complex very safe and clean) , gave me a map because the place is huge, and provided the remote control for the tv. Stayed in bungalow 306, lovely modern and clean, mattress new and very firm ok for a night or two but too hard for me, back garden got sun all day, water nice and hot, and strong shower spray. The cleaner came everyday she was a polite and efficient lady who did a great job each time. there's lovely working cats around the complex, some are super friendly and will love a fuss and followed me home for treats(they're all fit and healthy it is obvious theyre looked after, flead and wormed and there's little food kennels and dishes all around the place) The pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. Ten to 15 mins walk to Yumbo Centre and ten to 15 mins to Cita, 15 or 20min walk to Maspalomas beach front where there's plenty of bars cafes and restaurants. 306 is at the back of the complex and just out the back gate is a Spa Supermarket with everything you need. I love it! I actually might retire here.
Relaxia Beverly Park

Have just returned from a week's All Inclusive at this hotel. I was sceptical, as some reviews I read before travelling weren't very good at all but these people can't have stayed at the same Beverly Park as me. There was plenty of choice at each mealtime with freshly cooked and delicious food in abundance and a large variety of choice. There is always something for everyone. We upgraded to a sea view room on the 6th floor and had amazing views of the coastline. I had read that the bedroom walls were thin, but we never heard a sound from the rooms on either side of us. The maid service was excellent with towels and bedding changed every two days. You can hire pool towels for a returnable deposit of 10 euros. All staff were helpful and friendly, especially Tatiana on Reception. The hotel is very clean inside and out. It also has 3 pools and 2 children's pools. Entertainment was OK and during the day the team organised pool zumba, pilates, pool volleyball etc. Evening entertainment was average and I was disappointed that there wasn't a flamenco show during the week, but there was something different each night, both inside the hotel and at the pool bar. The beach was just a couple of minutes walk away and swimming in the sea was delightful. The main part of Playa del Ingles was a good 20-25 min walk and was extremely busy and crowded, so we decided to stay around our hotel area. There are a couple of restaurants and a small shopping centre within 10 mins walk and we visited this a couple of times. I can't think of anything negative about this hotel and would definitely go back again. WiFi is free and OK, but sometimes a better connection if you were inside the hotel. Plenty of sunbeds, and it was refreshing not to have to do the daily sprint at the crack of dawn to get your bed.
San Valentín & Terraflor Park

A really lovely bungalow that was, although basic, had everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. The private sun terrace was a real bonus, as it allowed you get a tan, but also cool down by nipping into your bungalow to grab a drink from you full sized fridge freezer. Breakfast was sorted as you are supplied with a coffe maker and a toaster as well as frying pan, several cooking pots, cuterly, plates and cups. Towels were changed everyday and the bungalow cleaned thoughout by the lovely team of housekeepers. The only downside to this relaxing, peaceful complex is that on a Saturday from midday to six pm the hotel across the street has has pool party and have their music blasting constantly. This is, however, at no fault, to the owners of the Can Valentin Park. This complex is a truely european mixture of clients, which allows for a more friendlier and respectul holiday.
Ura Jardin Del Atlantico

Nice and clean. Lovely staff, not that we needed to communicate too much. They were great with any queries we had, as the to in one of the rooms lost signal one day (Fixed with no issue) and my wife’s all inclusive band almost snapped due to a pool incident (Bit too much fun and I caught it with my hand) The lovely lady at reception (Lucia) changed it with no issue and a nice smile. Food service was wonderful, always found something to eat at all meals. I’m not too picky and will try anything once, so I was very happy with all the food. My wife is a very picky eater and likes stuff to be plain and simple. There was plenty of options for her i.e Chips, cheese pizza, chicken nuggets, hot dogs and she ate a lot of chorizo slices. A very good selection. Breakfast was by far my favourite meal time. The hash browns are amazing.
Hotel Ritual Maspalomas - Adults Only

I absolutely loved the staff. All very friendly and attentive. I was upgraded to a sea view room on arrival which I thought was so nice. The cleaners were lovely and were full of smiles. On check-out I was really impressed with the service, my transfer company didn't give me a pickup time and the receptionist rang them up to confirm my pickup time and meeting spot which was so lovely! He was very professional, held onto my suitcase until I was due to catch my transfer and saw me coming and handed me my case as soon as he saw me arriving in the door! Absolutely amazing! The room was so fabulous. The bed was very comfy. Amazing position facing the sun. I didn't even need to use a sunbed I had a great time sunbathing on the balcony haha. Shower fabulous. Shower floor was very weird being concrete but I didn't have much of a problem. Only issue was the fridge which took so long to refrigerate anything. Location perfect. Yumbo 2 minutes away. Lgbt popular hotel. What happens in Ritual stays in Ritual ;) All in all, amazing hotel. I really want to come back.
Servatur Don Miguel - Adults Only
4.2/5107 Reviews
I am currently staying in the don Miguel and what an amazing hotel and experience we’ve had, the rooms are perfect very modern and spacious when looking at other reviews they do sound like they have never been here before couldn’t have any complaints about the room if I tried, me and my girlfriend are here I’m 19 and she’s 18 and we found this a great hotel for young couples and pretty much everyone as there is a really great mix of ages and nationalities, it is a very diverse hotel which feels very welcoming to everyone, the service is amazing the staff couldn’t do more if they tried, the food was good it does have a variety in the night for people like me who is very adventurous with my eating and the basics depending on what you like, we only stayed for a week but I could see if you stayed longer and ate in every night you would maybe get a little bored as the selection is a decent size but I would highly recommend eating out ( papis grill and the hardrock cafe are amazing, also the tipsy hammock!) the facilities are amazing here and easily earns its 4 star status really hard to find a fault in this place, will definitely be returning
