Fantastic hotel, lovely and clean, all the staff are lovely and friendly. Will defo be back. We were on top terrace sunbathing, and jacuzzi up there was great. Staff at the bar made us cocktails that weren't on the menu. They were fantastic. Great location for everything

Well where do I start, rooms fantastic, staff fantastic, pools fantastic, breakfast fantastic! We absolutely loved our week here, our room was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped. Every member of staff were so helpful, welcoming, polite and fun! The pools were spotless and the sunbeds are so comfortable, the maintenance around the pool and the hotel is brilliant, people are always cleaning, painting minor marks and sweeping and mopping. Breakfast was fantastic lots to choose from and the hot offerings included eggs and bacon cooked to your choice. It's a short walk to the bars and town or to the beach but if you want venture reception will order you a cab. Next to the hotel is a supermarket which has everything you need. Hotel management were often out talking to guests and engaging with staff. We were made to feel so welcomed and valued as a guest it was fantastic. We cannot wait to return 5*** !!

We are just back from another excellent stay at Gold. Having visited before, we were very happy to find the hotel exactly as we remembered it! The Hotel & staff really are doing everything right, the rooms, the vibe, the pool area and the food & drink are all great. We particularly enjoyed the fact breakfast is served from 0800 to midday (which is great for those who are late risers). There are only 3 minor points I would recommend for improvement... (1) The main pool could be heated more but is not essential as still used it. (2) A small blackout curtain/blind for the window above the front door to the room would be great, to save having to close all of the internal doors in the hotel room (for those who like to sleep in darkness without having the sun coming in the morning). (3) An iron would be beneficial in each room rather than on request.

We had an excelled stay in a nice hotel with good service, a clean room and clean, well maintained surroundings. There are many good restaurants in walking distance in all directions. The hotel has very good breakfast. Fine outdoor areas and pools that we enjoyed in addition to walks on the beach.

Stayed here with my partner in room 101, 19th - 26th September. After visiting Playa Del Ingles many times before we have always eyed up this hotel and we were so happy to be finally staying. The hotel has a gorgeous terrace on the front and as you step in to reception the chic boutique feel is carried through. Reception staff are fantastic and very very helpful. In the middle of the hotel there is a lovely atrium with a beautiful seating area that makes you feel like you’re in Miami! We were delighted to find out that we had been upgraded to a terrace room, having only booked a standard balcony room. Rooms were a fantastic size with the handy addition of a kitchenette and just as chic as the rest of the hotel. The terrace was a brilliant extra too! Our room being 101 meant we were right by the pool and all hotel facilities. We felt very lucky. The pool area is one of the best I’ve ever been to, chilled, chic, trendy and oozing with vibes - the perfect place to stay all day. There was a dj poolside one day which was brilliant and everyday the staff always came round free shots. During our stay the hotel hosted a staff social, which is where all guests were invited to meet and chat with the hotel manager and staff over free flowing cava and a live singer. Lovely touch and it really made you feel valued. Breakfast was a fantastic selection of meats cheeses, cooked options and pastries. Laura on the egg station is fabulous and will cook you scrambled, poached, fried as well as pancakes and waffles etc and they were always tasty. Oh there’s cava at breakfast too… Thank you gold for an outstanding week, we’re already looking at dates to come back!
