Such a fantastic hotel and perfect location, the rooms are brilliant and with 5* service . It is a huge hotel so plenty of swimming pools to choose from and always clean. The food is delicious and the receptionists are wonderful ,ready to meet your needs 24/7

When I booked this hotel I wasn’t expecting much but wow I was surprised hotel clean kind helpful friendly staff the rooms are lovely of a good size the shower is amazing. The location was next to a few pubs which was playing music till 1 am but we was never in really the only negative I have regarding the hotel is storage for 3 people was poor and also the tv in the bedroom is on a swinging bracket which is next to the wardrobe you could easily banged your head but overall lovely accommodation.

Just returned home after a week of self catering. The hotel can best be described as 2 hotels in 1. One side has been refurbished and has modern kitchens with a microwave and modern furniture and a lovely designed pool area. The other side is more like a Butlins from the 70’s. Dated, poorly painted uncomfortable furniture and the kitchenette is designed for people at least 6ft tall as the cutlery etc are in a high cupboard, no low drawers, oh and there wasn’t even one sink plug in the apartment. The plastic patio table has been painted white and is chipped. The Butlins side faces a small shopping centre with the loudest entertainment known to man and although it stops at about 3am the drunken domestics continue for a while after and seeing as there’s no aircon you have to have the window open so you have no choice but to listen to the fun. The location of the hotel is good for a walk to the beach. All the staff that I interacted with were polite and friendly and the cleaners work hard. If you like markets then you’ll be happy here, apart from the fact they set up outside from about 4am, just after the noisy revellers have left. There’s 2 on Wednesday and Saturday but they park their vans over the footpaths leaving little room for pedestrians. So if you want to come here then pick the superior rooms as you’ll be away from all the noise.

No air con, refused to give us a fan unless we paid €15 and a €15 deposit, Fan blew hot air. Paid for all inclusive no snacks, very poor buffet with no vegetarian options and just bad food aswell as raw food. Paid for a week but only get 5 days unless you pay extra on the last day. Overall don’t recommend nice location but bad hotel

The hotel room was decent however there was no air conditioning, not a big issue but it was hard to sleep most nights in the heat. The food is very mixed with some days being great and others being okay at best. The pools and bar were great and the service was amazing. However the worker at the reception Alejandro was not helpful at all, he charged us for wifi when it was included in our stay which we were told by another staff member, and when we asked about it told us two different stories that we did have to pay and that we did not even though we were given a code for free wifi by another staff member. He was blatantly unhelpful and rude.

The beds were hard as rock. They wanted to charge for gym which was on list to use. Bedroom was like a prison cell. No air conditioning. Owner was very abrupt at times. Beach was not close and there was a lot of steps to get there. Bathroom sink did not drain water very well. Shower was nice but all apartment needs updating. Had to use towels for 3 days and were awful. If you not upgraded package you also have to pay for WiFi. Would not recommend.
