Very impressed with the apartment. Well quipped with good size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, pots & pans. crockery cutlery glasses etc. Two ring ceramic hob. Comfortable beds, towels change every couple of days and floors mopped etc. We had a ground floor apartment which opened out onto the sun bathing and pool area which was very well maintained. Nice comfortable sun beds. Very good shower in the apartment. Good local supermarkets and the restaurant Chez Luigi just 2 mins walk away was excellent.

Well-equipped apartment near Yumbo and the beach. Very convenient with many restaurant, shopping, and grocery options nearby. Easy access to bus stop. There is no AC in the unit but with windows on both sides of the apartment it doesn't seem to be much of an issue as the weather in Maspalomas is very pleasant. Reception is great at communication and helps to arrange airport transfer both to and from the apartment for a very reasonable cost. The only issue issue is with the shower. The water pressure is very weak and the hot water tank is quite small, so you need to take quick short showers or risk running out of hot water.

Staff friendly and helpful. Easy check-in. Great location. Quiet and peaceful despite being (literally) four minutes walk to Yumbo Centre. Complex is very (very) clean and well maintained. I could have eaten off the floor of my apartment. Cleaning/bedding/towel-change three times per week. Kitchen has everything needed including washing-up cleaning products. Big plus is LARGE FRIDGE/FREEZER (supermarket around the corner, though five minute taxi to Lidl stocked F/F and saved a fortune on tourist supermarket prices). Nice shower. Good water pressure and temp' adjustment. Lots of towels. Matresses a little firm for my taste and more drawer storage would have been welcome. However there was a good size built-in wardrobe with plenty of shelves and wooden hangers. All balconies overlook pool and enjoy direct sun (I've stayed in four-star hotels in PDI with balconies that never got direct sunlight). Pool area, tidy and well tended, gets direct sunlight from late morning until early evening. I stayed 21 days and there were always loungers available. Peaceful and relaxing due to no pool bar. Whole complex was very quiet. Fully booked when I was there but no noise or disturbance during entire stay. I am a regular visitor to Playa del Ingles and always stay close to Yumbo Centre. I have never found better value for money than Don Gregorio. Highly recommended.

Overall nice stay with good price This apartment is close to pretty much everything. Everything you need is in short walking distance. Multiple grocery stores, Yumbo centrum, bus stop to the airport, beach Playa de Ingles, beach boulevard with restaurants, bars, nightlife. Still this location is rather calm and quiet. Anyways I think all areas can have some noises and here you can hear them quite clearly inside the apartment. So if you are not a good sleeper like me, it could be a problem. Regardless i managed to fall a sleep pretty okay with earplugs. The pool area is okay, sunshine lasted from 10am to 17pm so more than enough. The balcony is nice to have in the evenings. There are no actual glass windows, but some sort of blinds you can open and close and these aren’t sound proof but help with ventilation in the evening.

Good Apartment Basic Apartment. Good overall facilities. Just an issue with the sink leaking. Also the reception team were not very nice when i asked for late checkout. As they had no cleaning that day which meant the room wasnt going to be in use they still were persistent i had to check out at 11am and my flight was at 8pm. Other than that great location and pool was nice with loads of deck chairs to sunbathe.

Perfect value for money. Nice and welcoming hosts. Overall I was happy with my stay.
