Very helpful and welcoming staff at the reception. Nice facilities inside and outside of the hotel. Superb breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food, fruit and bakery. Very friendly staff in general.

I stayed at this hotel in November 2019, and thought it unlikely that I would return as I was not impressed with the food. I liked everything else about the hotel, so decided to give it another go and not to expect too much from the cuisine. What I particularly like about this adults only hotel is its location close to the beach, the friendliness of the staff and the roof terrace with its Sunset bar with sunbathing areas and jacuzzis. The room is furnished in a minimalist style, with a large TV with some English speaking channels. There is a kettle with supplies. The use of the safe has to be paid for. Good WiFi reception. Has the food improved? Maybe a little bit, but in my opinion, still disappointing. Most of the 'hot' food was lukewarm or cold. I was at the breakfast counter when a tray of scrambled eggs was brought out of the kitchen and I expected it to be hot, but it was cold, as if it had come out of the fridge. No hot plates. However, talking to German, Dutch and Finnish guests who stay regularly at the hotel, they all said the food was good. As before, I was on half board, and I signed for my drinks at dinner. There is no price list and when I came to pay the bill at my departure, I thought the drinks were expensive. There is a small spa in the basement. I used it a couple of times and on both occasions the steam room wasn't working. There is the 'Bodega' restaurant in the basement. I understand that there is an additional payment to eat there. It didn't look busy. After a week at this hotel, I moved on to stay at three more hotels, at which the food was more to my taste - and it was hot! Such a shame that the food lets this hotel down...

Beautiful Hotel but poor food We booked this hotel in PDI and could not fault its location, cleanliness, politeness and helpfulness of staff and the great amenities. The room with seaview and balcony was lovely. The downside to the Hotel small cramped lifts 4 persons that kept breaking down and the average quality of food. There was no consistency or high standard of food. Some foods were left out from lunch menu to evening menu and some raw meats placed under heat lamps. The quality of coffee and milk was not good quality. For a hotel that says 4 star I would give 3 for the poor quality food.

My husband and I stayed for (almost) a week which covered Christmas, and I have to say we had a fabulous time. We arrived (a day late), and after a glass of fizz, shown to our room which was in the smaller building on the top floor. Room was lovely, view over the side of the building but pleasant. 25 metre pool was below - I was in heaven as I love to swim laps. Hotel exploration revealed another pool, a very popular round too pool near the pool bar, the 25m pool further round the corner with lots of sun bed availability. Sun terrace on the roof was popular but again plenty of space, and a lovely spot to people watch, as well as watching the sun go down. Staff were absolutely wonderful and a credit to the hotel, at every level. Christmas Day gala dinner was sublime. The effort extraordinary. We did find our welcome wine for the room was missing but a quick word with reception and one was delivered. The location is great. We walked every day either to San Augustin or Maspalomas. Some areas showing signs of the covid effect, but improving. I would definitely come back again but next time I’d contact the hotel directly and request a room from A12 onwards - it would be like having a swim up! Id also look at 2 weeks as it went by far too quickly!

The hotel is modern and well located. Our room was at a good standard. We did have some uninvited guests ( cockroaches) but we ‘evicted’ them promptly. If you’re from the uk then you know we have all sorts of decent cuisines at home. The food here is very poor with regard's to quality and flavour. The breakfast is decent enough. All the hotel staff are really pleasant and helpful.

We’ve just returned after spending 9 days at this fantastic hotel. Sea view room was amazing. Just a couple of gripes, no drawers in the room and the Wi-Fi is a bit hit and miss but didn’t detract from a perfect relaxing holiday. The sea view rooms can get a bit noisy at night, but if you’ve booked a hotel close to bar’s etc it’s what you expect. Didn’t bother us at all. Food was great. There is a different theme every night and a bbq 3 times a week. Also show cooking every night. If you can’t find anything from the selection there is a chef grilling different meats and fish every night. The staff were excellent. Vincent at the pool bar was very friendly and helpful. Jessica at the sunset bar was a whirlwind. She could do the job of 2 people and with a smile on her face. A few other staff who deserve a mention are Anjala, Lesly, Cristina and Patricia. These were the only ones whose names I can remember but every staff member always had a smile and a welcome. The award to the waiter with the biggest smile goes to Idewa. There are free pool towels which is good. All inclusive includes branded spirits and all cocktails which I’ve never experienced before. Another bonus. Hotel itself is very clean. Most of the reception staff friendly and helpful, only found one who was abrupt and rude. I will definitely be returning.

First the good points Great location for beach and bars Food was good quality and a good selection Rooms comfortable although make sure you don’t get a room facing the front on the second floor Plenty of sun beds And the not so good points Probably the most boring hotel we have ever stayed in absolutely no atmosphere Entertainment not great Lobby bar lacks atmosphere Area is noisy at night so you can’t leave the balcony door open Reception staff unfriendly

Well all i can say that i would rate this hotel as a 3* certainly not a 4*.when we first arrived we were put on the second floor ,room was very basic with no drawers for storage of clothes ect just 3 shelves open for everyone to see hanging wardrobe was also inadaquate. One pillow each i had to ask for two more also had to ask for a kettle the toilet didnt flush and the plumber was sent up,the towels were old and needed replacing. bed was not changed in the week we were there.and t top it all we were all ordered of the sun rooftop as they had a wedding going on so that day was completely ruined I phoned tui at my expense and was told the Rep would be in touch still have'nt heard from anyone and we are back home. One more point if you are german they bend over backwards for them we felt like second class citizens NO WE WON'T BE GOING BACK TO THAT HOTEL EVER

Currently staying at this hotel, it’s that good we’ve booked to come back in oct with 2 other family members. Fantastic food, hotel staff are very pleasant and lots to do here. Free spa is a must, so relaxing you just book it at reception,so can’t find any faults with this hotel 😉in all had a lovely week.
