We chose this hotel because it is very close to the ADO bus terminal in Playa del Carmen. As an aside the ADO bus line is a great way to travel in Mexico, fares are inexpensive, and the buses are very comfortable. The room was large with a king-sized bed, the A/C worked well and could be set to a desired temperature. There was a small refrigerator and a coffee machine in the room. Downside is that the hotel does not supply the coffee or fixings you have to bring your own, there is coffee for sale in the lobby, but it is instant. Breakfast can be included in the room price, but you are given a voucher and have to walk a couple of blocks to find the restaurant that provides the food. There was a pool to help cool off after walking around the area. Bathroom was a bit odd; the shower and the toilet were in the same small enclosure and the bathroom sink was in a separate spot. It would be better to have shower and sink together rather than shower and toilet. The other downside is that not all of the staff speak English, and my Spanish is at best poor! Basically, it is a good and inexpensive place to spend a night or two as a rest in a long journey.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, lots of palm trees, flowers, birds - during a day that's a quiet paradise. But at night... Sweet Jesus, there are two bars next to the hotel, and you can hear them both PERFECTLY. If you are a night person and won't be in bed until 2am, you're good. But if you dare to try sleep a little earlier, you may be a little bit distracted. Rather than that, the hotel, facilities, people, service, location - everything is awesome.

Love this hotel, staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, cleaning lady’s are lovely and always friendly , I have stayed here multiple times in rooms 3 and 11 and both rooms were great with everything I would need … you can pay a lot more for a lot less around this area… some hostels are going for a similar price with shared bathrooms … beach house rooms have private attached bathrooms within rooms and some rooms also have a small kitchenette area with refrigerator and bar stools…. beach house’s location is great! Right in the middle of playa and easily walkable to go anywhere in either direction … will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others 10 out of 10

Es una buena ubicación y la limpieza se realizó bien, el problema son las instalaciones, tienen fuga y la llave del lavabo no sirve. Hay mucho ruido fuera pero esa no fue la queja.
