The all inclusive service is very good, however the buffet doesn’t have many options to choose from and the poolside bar only serves cocktails with less than 1% of alcohol in them.

I really liked the entrance of the property, we received the wrong room the first night there the bed was so hard the following day we got another room and the bed was equally hard, pillows were soft.

Noe is a bartender at the property, he is at the swim up bar, he is the best bartender we have ever had! Very kind, was very talkative, and had a great personality! He was also very respectful! The whole entire time he had a smile on his face, and would jump at the opportunity to help anyone! He definitely made the experience great!

Great location.
Close to Fifth Avenue and some great restaurants.
Pool was very nice.
Easy to get around. Everything was close to the rooms.
Drinks were good.
Food wasn't amazing. They did not care about food allergies. Milk and milk alternatives were mislabeled.
Food sat out for a while.
Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
Some of the employees were amazing and helpful. Some did not make custom service a priority.
