When I booked my room as a solo female traveler, I requested a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. I was given a room on the 1st floor. I asked for it to be changed and I was told to ask tomorrow. The safe was broken and the main light would not turn on. The towels are discolored from long period of use. At least the AC was working and they had some toiletries.

Hotels is is closed to everything we need to do, walking distance to the ADO bus, the Ferry and theirs a Mercado with good restaurants across the street. I was able to sleep like a rock and the a/c was cold and worked perfectly. I did get in the pool and it’s actually a little bigger from what it seems in the photos. I would definitely start here again. Noise level is ok. There are no night clubs nearby and I was well rested after every night.

Es un Hotel muy Cómodo, tranquilo, la atención del Recepcinista Aldair fue personalizada, puntual, respetuosa y excelente. Su trato con el cliente es de lo mejor. Así mismo las instalaciones son muy buenas, el único tema es que no tiene estacionamiento ni refrigerador pequeño en la habitación para las bebidas. Sin embargo recomiendo mucho el hospedaje en el hotel Nina y la atención de Aldair.

Hotel muy limpio, las camas son muy cómodas, todo en el hotel funciona perfecto, la alberca muy agradable aunque el agua un poco fría, pues estaba nublado, ofrecen agua caliente y fría en el lobby para nuestro café de la mañana y el personal muy atentos a nuestras necesidades (Aldahir y Gaby). Sin duda lo recomiendo y claro que volvería a hospedarme en Hotel Nina

Fuimos de viaje familiar, estuvimos 5 días hospedados, recibimos un grato muy amable en todo momento, la atención del personal del hotel siempre es muy cordial, en especial Monserrat de recepción que siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitamos, si volvería a hospedarme en Nina, playa del Carmen

El hotel se encontraba muy limpio y con una buena ubicación al llegar nos brindaron buena atención la chica de la recepción, esta muy padre que la pulsera sea tu llave de acceso a la habitación. La habitación muy limpia y cuenta con lo necesario para pasar un buen hospedaje en tua vacaciones.

El Nina es Un hotel limpio , muy céntrico, el agua de la alberca deliciosa y su personal brinda un trato muy amable . Y cordial. En la recepción Montse nos proporciono la información y horarios,y tienen buen precio el alimentos
