The hotel employees are thieves!! Beware of this place!! When you ask to order a taxi if you are bitten on the way, I was stuck on the way to the airport and their rude employee took 200 pesos from me through the taxi driver for mediation, shame and disgrace to a hotel that behaves in this way. Also, the shower has a very weak flow and the bed is very uncomfortable.

Perfect location and attractive price for value. The facilities are a bit old and our wc has some problems as well

Great value for a stay in playa del Carmen, 5-10mins walk to Quinta Avenida, lovely rooftop pool and a small gym also, the kitchen is really convenient and Walmart is just at adjacent so not a problem that the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast

Excellent location. Only a few steps from bus station Alterna ADO, Wallmart, juice and coffee shops, OXXO, 7 Eleven, Church. I love it. Clean, modern, huge room. Great value for money. Few minutes walk from 5th, Beach, Coco Bongo and everything else. Love it !

I would not recommend this hotel. There was no water supply in the room and electricity supply in the communal area (which means no lift) for our last night of stay. We have to carry our heavy luggage down the stairs at check out. Receptionist promised to refund the money for the last night, but our booking agent said the hotel is not reachable as they never reply to phone calls or emails, so our refund request is still on hold. The hotel committed to proceed with our refund immediately but obviously this is not the case. I am really disappointed with my stay.

The location is really good. It is very convenient to the beach, ADO station and restaurants. There is a convenience store downstairs. There is also a city hall with new and large free children's play facilities. After the sun sets, many local children play there. Unfortunately, the water and electricity of the hotel is a big problem. There are frequent water and power outages. And I don't know when it can be repaired. Other than that, this hotel is very cost-effective.

The overall location is quite convenient, and there is a parking area which is very safe. The soundproofing of the room is average, but it is quite comfortable to live in. The check-in process is very simple, and there are some problems with the network.

The hotel environment and location are really great! I didn't hear a lot of noise when I slept at night. Extremely clean.

이호텔의 최고 장점은 위치가 메디나 역사지구 중심에 있다. 3층 수영장에서 대성당이 보이고, 호텔 정문 앞에는 나무가 우거진 소공원~그리고 메디나의 중심거리~그러나 아쉬운 점은 객실에서 와이파이가 잘 연결되지 않는다.

I really like this hotel is nice and comfortable. Daniel received us well and with a smile, we asked him for a place to eat and his recommendation was great. Thank you Daniel and thanks everyone! P. S. We only stayed one night.

The hotel is in a lovely spot in town, walking distance to everything. The hotel was kept clean and the roof top pool was great. The only issue was our first room had very limited water pressure in the shower and the water was rarely warm. Other guests seemed to have the same issue. The water pipe did also burst in our room at 2:30am and due to the amount of water we were moved to another room. The reception staff was excellent with handling the situation in a timely matter and made sure we were taken care of. I would stay at this hotel again but I would spend the extra money to have a better room. The lower budget room was definitely well used but the upgraded suite was more clean and had water pressure and hot water in the shower. You definitely get what you paid for.

This place was great, great location and fantastic staff, everyone was very kind and always present, the room was nice and clean, we decided to extend our stay.

Nice quiet hotel, yet only a few minutes from the bars and restaurants. Decent sized room but basic, reasonable value. The roof area was nice but limited sun beds and only 1 not broken. Very little shade.The pool bar is not in use, could have had a fridge and honesty bar with camera instead of having to take your own?
