Too many complications, nothing looked as nice as on pictures. The room itself was nice except for traffic noice and all the electrical cables right outside the windows.
Luckily, we only booked one night.
I cannot recommend and will not return as there are so many available places with better value for money.
Best thing was external breakfast (it's in another place at a restaurant) but also here we had some complications to solve before all was settled.
But to be fair, the receptionist really, really tried her best so thank you for that.

The mini pillows were like tiny flat pancakes. 6 people & nobody had a decent pillow. The light in our bathroom was burned out. They said they would change it but never did. One room the refrigerator didn't work. Overall not a real pleasant stay.

The night receptionist was very uneducated, on one occasion when we arrived at 11:50 pm the door was closed, the bell did not work, we rang for more than 20 minutes and they would not answer us, we saw a guest standing by for a window and we had to yell at him to open it, he went to find someone from the hotel to open it for us. Terrible service.
The shower and the faucet are in very bad condition, the water comes out everywhere, it gets all your things in the sink wet.
We stayed here 16 months ago and everything was in very good condition, it is a shame that they are letting it fall, because it has a very good location.

A beautiful place with a beautiful view from the terrace, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, with all the disinfection protocols and use of face masks, breakfast is in one of the best cafeterias in the sector, the Hotel is close to everything, Oxxo, money exchange place, restaurants, one block from 5th Ave, we received excellent customer service from the first contact on social networks, they care that you have a good time and are safe, all the staff deserve a 10 Especially José, his attention was extraordinary. They also helped us connect with IM Travel for the tour to Cozumel, the experience was excellent. I definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you very much, we are very satisfied 🇨🇷❤️

C'était le cauchemar à l’hôtel. Les infrastructures très dégradées l’intérieur surtout. Piscine sur le toit pas entretenue et l’ état de l’immobilier pourrit. Les draps et essuies vieux mal lavés. Douche difficile également. Mais surtout, un bruit infernal la nuit à cause d’un bar rock à côté. Si vous aimez dormir la nuit, je ne vous conseille pas cet hotel.
Le seul point positif, est que le personnel est très sympa et souriant.

Excelente servicio, habitaciones muy cómodas. Las instalaciones muy buenas, a 1 cuadra de la 5ta avenida, a los lados tiene un 7eleven y un Oxxo. Un lugar perfecto para estar cerca de todo. Súper recomendado el hotel y su personal de servicio.
