The location is very convenient. I took the ADO bus and walked 10 minutes to the hotel, which is acceptable. It takes 8 minutes to go to 5th Street, 9 minutes to Walmart, and there is a convenience store in 1 minute.
I stayed in Room 106. There is a swimming pool at the door. The room is very big and the bed is very big. The water pressure in the shower is not enough. It takes a few minutes to flush it. The air conditioner is cold enough. The kitchen equipment is OK. The bed and pillows are good. It's comfortable and I can sleep well for several nights. The wifi is sometimes not received. The only drawback is that there is no hairdryer. In summary, I am very satisfied with it. The sex ratio is very high.

Absolutely false advertising! The place is a dump. We didn't even spend one night and had to find another hotel and they would not give us any refund at all. One of the toilets didn't work. The private plunge pool had clearly not been cleaned and there was hair floating in in and a huge pile of tiles that had fallen off stacked up next to it. The bedding and towels had stains and tears. There was no soap in the kitchen or a sponge or anyway to wash any dishes. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I arrived and no safe box as stated, so girl got one from somewhere and attached to wall. The shades on the windows were useless, the lights above the pool would change color through the night and wake me up. Very strange, thought maybe security person was bored. Then the washing machine leaked. Constant things wrong, I even stayed at another place for the weekend just to get away. People were constantly smoking by the pool. I would never ever stay there again.

Do not and I repeat DO NOT stay here. My wife and I stayed here for a few months earlier this year and our experience was less than pleasurable. In fact, we had an awful time. This place was constantly dirty and unkept. The electricity went off and stayed off for two days, while it was very hot and the room had no windows whatsoever. One morning we woke up and the water wasn’t working and it didn’t come back on for the entire day. The wifi is extremely weak and unreliable. You will be very frustrated if you are trying to work remotely. After all of these setbacks, the thing that made it the most unbearable was the staff, that they had at the front desk. Very rude, condescending, incompetent and incapable of doing or helping with anything. The worst person was a woman named ERICKA, my wife and her got into an argument, when my wife went to ask her a question. She screamed at her and her behavior was completely unacceptable. Anything, you asked her to do, her response was “sorry that’s not my job, I can’t help you”. Completely ridiculous and useless. Overall, our trip was a complete disaster and I would NEVER stay here again. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else. There are far better places in Playa to stay.👍🏻

The apartment was very well equipped, very well located and with good facilities. What seemed bad to me is that we rented for 4 and the place was for 3. Even so, we were very well cared for and comfortable. I recommend it.

Un sitio increíble, ideal para estancias largas. Lo recomiendo 100% Muy limpio y super bien ubicado, a unos pasos de la quinta avenida. Tiene todo lo necesario para vivir aquí un largo tiempo además que es pet friendly. Me la he pasado increíble, sin duda volveré!!! La mejor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel, y la relación calidad y precio es súper buena. Recomiendo reservar por la web, es mas barato por aquí además que tienen descuento por estancias largas. Un lugar I N C R E I B L E !!!
