Dewl Estudios & Residences : the Kahlo

As a professional and successful individual, it is crucial to provide constructive feedback to ensure the improvement of services. My recent four-night stay at your rental left much to be desired. While the neighborhood was understandable, there were notable issues with the property. The front gate locking mechanism was faulty, requiring repair during my stay, which inconvenienced me greatly. Additionally, the misleading nature of the edited photos did not accurately represent the rental. The shower was not modern as depicted, and its condition was so appalling that I refrained from using it altogether. Furthermore, the sporadic functionality of the door key added to the dissatisfaction of my stay. Overall, my experience was subpar, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this rental to others. I kindly request either a refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and discrepancies encountered during my stay.

Adriens place is well located and very comfortable. Adrien is responsive and will deal with any problems in a timely manner. It is just a short walk to 5 and 10 for touristy attractions, but it’s location off of 30 means there’s lots of more local and cheaper options available. If you are here for the diving, it is located near the Pro Air filling station, so it is easy to be picked up by or meet your dive operator too.

I came to this hotel to relax. Unfortunately, everything went wrong from room condition to staff reactions. We had to leave the hotel after a few days and no money was returned to us for the remainder of the time.

Our stay was great! The kitchen was way more equipped than I expected: coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans. It was a gr at location, right near El Fogon which has the best pastor tacos I've had in my life. The pool was wonderful after a hot and drunky day at the beach haha! Definitely highly recommended!
