It was surprisingly peaceful, as it’s in an area where you would expect some noise but it was very nice. The staff was great and place was very clean

2 hand towels, small shampoo and one soap in bathroom. No towels or facecloths, no glasses. We went to the front desk to request glasses and he said they were in the restaurant and it was locked. No blankets on the beds. Pools were dirty and scummy. No restaurant, no room service. Restaurant served breakfast then closed. No where nearby to get a meal or drink. Not safe to walk in area. No shuttles, no multilingual staff, no tour and ticket assistance. No 24 hour front desk. We called ******* 2 times to help us get out of this nigh**are and they tried phoning the front desk 2 times and no answer. They advertise all these things but in reality, it’s barren and NO SERVICES. Ghetto.

Restroom doors and sink were dirty. Pool hours are inconvenient. Pool closes at 8pm. My children had their feet in water and were told by hotel receptionist to get off!!!

Very clean, good service, large room. It is right off the Cancun-Tulum highway and good place to stay if you are on your way further south. Good choice for Playa if you have transport to beach, ferries, 5th avenue.

I liked the large rooms and the rooftop pool and the views from up there. Breakfast was modest but it was included so great. Laundry directly across street and all rooms have a nice big balcony.

Outstanding customer service! Mr. Carlos helped to find affordable transportation. The cleaning lady was amazing. The immediate areas surrounding the hotel are not pretty, but the place is safe and close to the beach and the downtown area, with excellent restaurants within walking distance. We will come back
