Avoid this at all costs this place doesnt honor VIP status and is extremely noisy there are 2 brand new night clubs in front that play live music from 8pm till 2 AM , and both properties next to it are under mega construction so theres loud noise for 22 hours of the day, the breakfast they provide is just toast and bananas and that goes quick when its gone, its gone . Also in the middle of the night of my stay my hotel lost power until 3 PM the next day, making it a absolute nightmare to try to find a place to charge all of my electronics before checkout which forced me to check out 5 hours early so I could find a coworking space, as mentioned in the header avoid this place at all costs. I suggest booking even a budget accommodation you would get better value.

A nice hotel. They treated us with a free bottle of wine. everything was very nice. Unfortunately the area is very loud. so there is noise until early morning.

THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTHED AT ALL. Impossible to sleep due to a couple of clubs located right across the street and their music was way to loud, we booked nights and we had to leave the very first night to look for another place. I asked to reimburse one night since I was wailing to pay one even if I did not stay there at all. They mentioned to me it was not possible.

This hotel is super cute and in an excellent location walkable to everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Staff was super nice amd helpful. Accommodations were comfortable. Breakfast was simple. It hit the spot...bread, fruit, peanut butter, coffee. In room fridge was helpful. The ony negative was the loud club across the steeet until 2am. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot control this. Overalll, a great one nite stay.

Hotel is great for the price. Continental breakfast is a little limited but they do have water coolers on each floor, which is a plus. Pool is very clean and well kept. Rooms are decent and have good working A/C. Awesome staff which are very friendly.
The Huge downside for this hotel is the three night clubs that are right across the street. So unless you plan on partying until 3am every night, earplugs are needed for sleeping. The hotel does provide free earplugs.

Cute hotel with kind staff! Perfect for a trip where you plan on being out most of the day. There is a great breakfast place and convenience store around the corner. Only thing to note is that there is a small night club across the street (the hotel does provide ear plugs for free) … if noise at night doesn’t bother you, I highly recommend this place.
