First time in playa del Carmen and I loved it the location is perfect right on the beach and near the 5 avenue where everything is. Would definitely come back ! Thanks to Hector, alma and Karina for the amazing services trough my week ! I think it's one the most beautiful hotel I've ever been to!

Great atmosphere, very good chill music during the day, friendly and helpful staff, amazing food. Everything was 10/10. The beach was very private, clean. Everyday they cleaned the seagrass. You have beach chairs free to use. Everything you need is just a minute away.

Great place to stay. Very nice hotel on the beach. Large and comfortable room. The breakfast was really good and being directly on the beach was very much enjoyed. Beautiful views. Great value for money, close but quieter location to 5th Avenue. Staff super friendly, thank you Hector, Alma and Karina.

Hotel COLIBRÍ is very well located. Near by 5th Avenue, the most popular street in Playa del Carmen. You can enjoy an amazing brakfast with a wonderful view to the beach. A cleaning and silent room you can find here. Locker, good shower and a room can fit 4 people confortably.

From all the hotel options in Playa, no doubt this is THE ONE you wanna frequent. This was the second time we chose this authentic hotel and we will come back 4 sure. Situated directly on the beach, with a great Lido bar, great service all around from the Lido bar, thru the cleaning staff to the front desk, exceptional service especially from Hector, Alma and Karina. This team will solve any issue, if you ever encounter one, and this staff will even assist with optional issues such as recommendations for dinner transportation, and so much more. From the moment you arrive, be assured that all attention is on you to make your stay exceptional. We definitely got the feeling that it was personal, and that you will not experience in one of the countless, big and non-authentic hotel establishments around the Playa and beyond. Choose this hotel, and your stay will be perfect. It is a true pleasure to recommend this hotel. And trust me, if it had not been so good, we would not had returned. But it was, so we will arrive there again for the 3rd time 4 sure 😎😉👍😊

Highly recommended this hotel for serval reasons. - firstly it is understated. What I mean by this is compared to the busy nature of playa del carmen 5th avenue, this on contrast (although connected to lido) is quiet and peaceful (with the exception of the music at night, but doesn't really bother) - the surroundings of the beach path leading down to the beach club and restaurant is idyllic. - the staff are very attentive and polite - the breakfast that was included at lido was comprehensive and very tasty (much better than usual hotel breakfast inclusions) - the room had everything you needed, was clean and relatively spacious. - beach club very reasonably priced with a good standard and selection of food and drink. - location is perfect for everything you want to access- (beach, nightlife, restaurants) - As an additional note, my friend organised something extra as my partner and I got engaged earlier in the holiday, and the hotel accommodated rose petals on the bed, some wine and a tiramisu, which was lovely. For anyone looking for a quiet place to stay with access to the playa del carmen *****, highly recommend (especially for couples)

Amazing location and place. We had a little pad right on the beach and next to one of the pools. This is not a place to go to if you want to party with other people you meet and hang out at the bar all day and get loud. This is very low key, relaxing, couples....I didn't actually see any children or kids under 16 on our visit. Beds are o.k., nothing special....Just let go of your stress and relax, that is what this place is all about. Service was perfect

Wonderful hotel by the beach, it is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful! The beach area is super nice, and the service is also very well done. Breakfast was for me the best, as it is not a buffet but with menu, much better! The staff at reception were always kind and attentive, Hector, Alma and Karina. We definitely recommend this hotel for staying

Ambiance was really relaxing. Staff are nice. The only downside is its near party area you can hear the music. But still nice place to go to. Food is great which they have free breakfast.beach is so so. Will definitely go back again with my kids
