the accommodation was good, but the deposit has still not been returned. Letters to the hotel are ignored, the money is stuck!

The property is very nice and in good shape with ongoing maintenance. Booking via ******* we had not been informed to book restaurants in advance… something we would watch out for next time. Food was great especially considering the amount of guests they take care off. The property does need to manage the reservation of pool chairs slightly better… everything is already reserved at 7 am in the morning…. That should not be the case….

The property was clean however seemed quite dated. The dining options were ok. We found the Mexican restaurant to have the best selection of all the dining choices.

Understaffed, hard to find bilingual (Spanish/English) so hard to communicate needs/requests. Stresses and unhelpful, felt they were not treated well because lots of folks seemed grumpy and anxious. Foor was mediocre, went to downtown playa del Carmen and had an awesome meal and drink that was so much better than the resorts sad offerings. Not much for 11 and 13 kids. Video game room often closed due to staff shortages. Just kind of a mess. Would not recommend and won't come back. And booking through ******* made everything worse and more difficult for some reason. A little disappointed but we still had fun and were grateful to be able to go on such a trip, but I will definitely not stay here again.

Perfect size for my family of 3 kids. Small enough that we could give them some independence but big enough that there was a ton to do. Restaurants were fantastic!

On my second day of my trip, I informed my waiter that I have a shellfish allergy. I ordered a fish taco by the pool side which was prepared fried and with coleslaw, sauce, tomato and avocado. As I been eating my food I started to realize something wasn't right and ended up spitting out my food. At that point I realized the resort served me shrimp which I am highly allegic to. Serving someone shrimp when they ordered fish is a huge mistake. And your fried fish and rock shrimp look the same because it is all breaded tempura style with all the extra stuff on top (it isn't something you can distinguish at first glance without dissecting the taco).My mouth and throat got itchy, my tongue got heavy and my face was getting swollen. I had to run to my room with a family member to take Benadryl and spend the rest of my day in my room sick while they watched me to make sure my symptoms didnt get worse and I didnt have to go to the hospital. I wasn't able to go back out until late that evening for dinner. My day was completely ruined. I also spoke to a manager before I left that told me the resort would issue me a refund, however I had to reach out to ******* to inform them of the situation that occured.When I returned home and contacted ******* they opened a case and reach out to the management team. ******* then informed me that the management team is refusing to issue me any form of refund.I have traveled the world and have never been in such a life threatening situation before.

Second time we stayed here. Good overall, but they are starting to do an additional charge for every restaurant and starting to sell other services. Getting away from the all inclusive a bit. Spa was excellent.
