Excellent services, restaurants are amazing..really like the atmosphere in Piaf and Cocina De Autor with live music performance. Spa is an eye-opening with water treatment.

I went on a honeymoon trip!! It was comfortable to have a butler and I didn’t know what to do with my excessive kindness..!! ㅋㅋ The food is delicious and the quality is very good!!! ㅠㅠ I really want to go there again!!!

The service was outstanding. They kept the rooms and property very clean. Our concierge Izamar was amazing and took care of us and our needs in a very timely fashion. The food was delicious. We had great meals the whole time at the resort.

Food was amazing; service was really good but tips get out of control with the need to sign bills for 'invenrory purposes' everytime you have a drink at the pool. The beach had a ton of seaweed and the water was rocky, which was a huge downer. The kids club was being rebuilt (no arcade) and the coffee shop could use more snacking options and ice cream flavors. Overall, I don't think it's worth the price

Overall had an excellent stay at Grand Velas. Got upgraded to Grand Class through ******* VIP access. Nora our butler was very attentive. The food is the best part about this resort. Unlike all the other all inclusive resorts, food here is excellent. The minor downsides that we noticed: the concierge via whatsapp available until 5 pm and then you have to call a number from a room, which is a bit inconvenient when you want to adjust dinner plans, need something last minute, have to go back to the suite, music selection at the pool needs major improvement, it was either not on, or something that was not very good, we noticed the butlers around the pool were hesitant to change the towel or give extra towels when asked which made it somewhat awkward, and while room service breakfast was amazing, the breakfast buffet at the azul was disappointing. Things were not clearly labeled, there were no clear directions on how to order omelettes, pancakes etc.

Beautiful property and excellent service. Food and drinks are amazing! This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and definitely I will come back. Highly recommend the spa if you want to pamper your self it was an Amazon experience.

World class. Will 100% return. World class at every level. The facility was incredible. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Grounds were perfectly manicured. Pools were immaculate. The restaurants were excellent. The food was very, very, very, high quality as were the cocktails (a lot of which were originals). We stayed in grand class and it was 100% worth it. The staff was the literal best and most attentive I’ve ever experienced at any resort in the world.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Grand Velas Riviera Maya. Excellent food (especially Cocina de Autor, Frida, and Piaf) and beautiful property. We highly recommend spending time at the Zen pool - a really magical, relaxing spot. The staff were all really wonderful, friendly, and helpful. All 3 of our kids - ranging from age 4 to age 14 - had a great time. We would certainly come back again!!

The property is spectacular; the pools are clean, the gardens are beautiful, and the rooms exceed your expectations. The beach had a lot of seaweed, but they made an effort to keep it clean and enjoyable.
