The hotel looks nice, but is very noisy. Specially during mornings when you are sleeping. The restaurant on first floor starts working from 6:30 am and walls are very thin. So you hear lots of noise and hard to sleep well. But still they have good promotions for free messages and other stuff. I recommend getting a room on 3rd floor to have least noise.

I like it so much that I want to come back again
I was satisfied.
The food is delicious and I went to another branch.
There is also a shuttle that can take you there.
It was easy to use and I recommend it.

If you are looking for an hotel to party and be close to all the shops itโs a perfect match. However for us it was an hotel with a lot of noise. On the roof top there is a DJ playing music and in the hotel as well and even until 00h-1h00

As a resort it fulfilled the primary mission. Offering a room and a bed. The food was unimpressive.

The property was soooo clean and room was beautiful, the woman Brenda from guest services was very nice and helped me when I was unhappy with an issue with my room. The head chef Castro blew me away with how amazing he was, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the food. Overall the hotel is within walking distance from the shops and the staff was soooo nice even one of the waiters Luis was very nice and attentive I canโt go on enough about the staff I definitely would come back.

Noisy. The sink was not good. When washing my face always get wet. Water splashes all over. Sheets with stains. Very loud air conditioning and was not able to sleep. But the person when checking in and out was very helpful. The other person ask us very personal questions and looking not professional.

I loved everything @ the Reef 28,mostly my bed & pillows..they were super comfy. THE ROOFTOP pool & vibe waS EVERYTHING!!

Excellent place to relax in the sun or spend some time outdoors. Great facilities, meal options and in walkable distance to some of the best restaurants, cafes, and shopping centres the area has to offer. I will definitely be back.
