It was AMAZING! I had such a great time there! The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. I made sure to eat and drink as much as possible, I think I ate too much! There is only a buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner at the restaurants. It's ร la carte (if you paid for the package) and you can order as much food as you want. Mexican food for lunch and Italian or Mexican food for dinner (you have to book for dinner). I also love that the rooftop bar has unlimited great food for the whole day. The pool area was nice and so was the furniture. My room was huge and very spacious, I did not have the best view which didn't matter because I was upstairs on the rooftop for most of the time. They also stock the room fridge with soft drinks and beer which are unlimited. Each floor has a water cooler machine and an ice machine which was great when it came to refilling my water bottles. I think it's a great idea instead of the single use water bottles. I highly recommend staying here, my only regret was not staying here longer. I will be back in the future!ย

One of the largest rooms Iโve ever stayed in. The location is perfect, cause the moment you stepped out of the hotel, youโre at the doorstep of La Quinta Avenida. Itโs a main street full of restaurants and bars, making it one of the best nightlife spots in the city. And itโs just a 5-minute walk to the beach where you can check out hot babes get their suntan. Also, not forgetting the rooftop pool with amazing views of the city and the sea.

The hotel looks nice, but is very noisy. Specially during mornings when you are sleeping. The restaurant on first floor starts working from 6:30 am and walls are very thin. So you hear lots of noise and hard to sleep well. But still they have good promotions for free messages and other stuff. I recommend getting a room on 3rd floor to have least noise.

The hotel itself was very good, but
At first, they said it was a deposit and I paid 1000 pesos with my credit card,
and when I asked to cancel the deposit when checking out,
they said there was no record of the payment.
My card statement clearly shows the record.
The front desk was completely ignorant, saying there was no record of the payment.
Then they suddenly changed and treated me very rudely.
After making me wait for about 20 minutes, they said
It was an environmental tax.
From the beginning, there was no mention of an environmental tax, it was a deposit,
but they changed their words.
I lost all trust.

I like it so much that I want to come back again
I was satisfied.
