Realmente um ótima experiência. Estava com meu marido, ficamos na suite privilege, perfeita! Amplo quarto, coma torneias individuais, hidro no banheiro e na área externa com vista para o jardim, cama surreal de confortável.
O Hotel possui uma ampla variedade de restaurantes, onde o italiano, japonês e steakhouse você deve agendar no dia, o restante basta ir e aguardar.
O restaurante japonês não é tanto pela comida e sim pela experiência do sushiman é mais um show, incrível!
Recomendo o restaurante de buffet pois possui variedade de culinária de diversos países e o restaurante japonês.
Infelizmente o restaurante em frente à praia não tivemos um bom atendimento, única crítica!
O resort possui diversas áreas verde, com isso você encontra vários animais, mega fofos!! Fomos no boliche e ainda possuem noites de karaokê, bem divertido!
Sugestionaria apenas ter alguma piscina aquecida, pois todas não possuem aquecimento.
É um resort completo, com sorveteria, café, uma maravilha. Recomendo a todos!

Amazing resort. It was a Shane that there were serious service issues. I don’t know if the resort was short staffed and those who were working were beyond tired but most didn’t even want to make eye contact.
When you did ask for anything at the buffet (even for water) there was a sigh and an eye roll. Really a shame. Would love to come back but definitely won’t unless there’s a very basic level of service there.

Was a great vacation at a lovely resort. The food was awesome at the buffet and some of the restaurants. The Japanese restaurant is not to be missed! The others were a let down but the buffet was amazing. I wish they had a cappuccino machine or 2 in the buffet (their drip coffee was inedible to me) but you can make up for it by running to the coffee bar or lobby bar for a coffee in the morning.
Rooms were lovely and convenient. The pool was freezing but not a deal breaker.
The entertainment was fantastic every night.

I stayed 5 nights with my Mom and my daughters. staff were very respectful, kind and helpful, especially Ivan who made our stay memorable. He came to our table at the second day and asked if we need any help with reservation for the restaurants. I told him app is not giving me change to reserve at least on my daughter’s birthday. He took time to explain about each restaurant, made desired reservations and happy birthday surprise to my daughter during the dinner. It was very pleasant. We met Ivan at Crepes snack, buffet and other places with a big smile and warm greeting. Thank you Ivan! You are awesome!
Monkeys made this place unique, we liked to watch them playing on the trees.
The beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean, food is the best. We enjoyed terrace live cooking.
I wish the beech was wider and softer.
rocks were on the most sweeping places. Overall we had a good vacation!

The property is outdated and much smaller than it seems. It’s impossible to snag a beach or pool chair unless you go before 7AM. There are three pool areas - 1 kids area and 2 for “privilege guests” which is still overcrowded and low quality.

The hotel is old and the hotel room has a sewer smell. You can easily hear the sound from the room next door. The food is ok, the staffs are friendly.
