냉장고 있습니다 위치는 최고입니다 바로 앞에 바다가 있고 썬베드 있고 돈을 달라고 하는 경우도 있었습니다 그냥 쓰시면 되요

It was so bad we didnt even stay one night. The absolute worst hotel i have ever booked. Some how, i really feel I deserve some money back

Do not stay here. Clearly, no maintenance has been done for a very long time. It is unkept, scary and the staff are rude. There was no toilet paper in the room. When I asked the staff for toilet paper they gave me a half used roll. When I asked for a towel to take a shower I was given one very worn towel.

Horrible place, rooms don't look anything like in the pictures, the paint was falling apart, mirror was very dirty, the place doesn't have a hot tub and the pool was so dirty that no one would want to swim in, I chooses this place because I wanted a pool and a hot tub, I couldn't use any. I tried to go somewhere else but I was too late to book something else.

I gave this place an above average rating because of its prime location, with balconies facing the beach and sunrise. Also, The front desk and service people were very helpful whenever we asked for help (but asking was definitely necessary). The cost was much less than other beachfront hotels, which is why we chose this place—as a value option. So it gets 4 out of 5 stars for its overall value given its location.

This hotel has a great location and a good beach view.
We arrive early and they let us leave our luggage at the reception.
The hotel in general is not well maintained. Looks like the owners don’t care about the appearance and cleanliness and don’t want to invest any money in the property.
What you see on the web page is totally different from what it looks like nowadays.
Honestly, they can do much better
The view from our your was amazing and the internet worked very good.

The location of this hotel can't be beat! There is direct access to the beach and it is in the heart of Play del Carmen. However, the hotel is definitely older and it shows. It was not in the best condition, but all the employees were welcoming and accommodating.
