Large complex with several pools and dining options, though some amenities not available due to covid. Generally helpful and kind staff, one gentleman at the concierge wasn't the best but the manager was great! The beach had lots of space, places to sit and staff available for beverage service. Overall a nice place to stay!

I love the scenery! The atmosphere is great and the pool is great too! However, replies are so slow that it is very difficult to communicate via email.

Staying at Iberostar for the second time, never disappointed! I like their diving shop the most. The arrangement is reasonable, the price is favorable, and there is a 20% discount for advance booking. The restaurant is all-inclusive, brunch is a buffet, and there are many restaurants to choose from for dinner, which requires advance reservation. Suitable for travelers who can travel on their own with good English!

Really a great experience. I was with my husband, we stayed in the privilege suite, perfect! Spacious room, with individual taps, hydro in the bathroom and in the outdoor area with views of the garden, surreally comfortable bed. The Hotel has a wide variety of restaurants, including Italian, Japanese and steakhouse you must book on the day, the rest just go and wait. The Japanese restaurant is not so much about the food but about the sushi chef's experience, it's more of a show, incredible! I recommend the buffet restaurant as it has a variety of cuisine from different countries and the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't have good service at the restaurant on the beachfront, which is the only criticism! The resort has several green areas, so you can find several animals, super cute!! We went bowling and they even have karaoke nights, really fun! I would suggest just having a heated pool, as all of them are not heated. It's a complete resort, with ice cream parlor, cafe, wonderful. I recommend it to everyone!

I went on a honeymoon trip!! It was comfortable to have a butler and I didn’t know what to do with my excessive kindness..!! ㅋㅋ The food is delicious and the quality is very good!!! ㅠㅠ I really want to go there again!!!

A different experience with a baby! After check-in at the Rosewood Hotel in Cancun, you enter the room by boat. Each room is equipped with a butler. You can ask the butler to help you wherever you go or book a restaurant. There is a large bathtub in the room and an outdoor shower. There is also a special dressing table, the welcome gift is also very good, and the housekeeper also helped us adjust delicious tequila. Location is good. It is close to 5th avenue and beach. I loved the resort and nature. It was lovely and cozy. But there were ants in bathroom and straw fell down because of palapa. There's no refrigerator in the room. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. All of staffs are kind and friendly. Espacially Rogelio was really kind and pleasant.

The hotel is an older hotel. The location is great for access to the beach and walk around 5th Ave. The bartenders and the travel shop/scuba shop were great the hotel maintenance and front desk staff were not the best. We did have issues with our rooms and they were fixed eventually except the king room that we booked was not available and we had to share a double bed. Iit’s an older hotel with musty smells and stuck drawers. The pool closed early on a Saturday night (8pm) but the mariachi/karaoke can play until 11pm and the noise will carry into the room. The kelp on the beach is filled with sand fleas and we came home with over 100 sand flea bites between the 5 of us. The buffet was ok but not worth $45 per day per person.
