"Our stay was pleasant, and the room looked recently renovated. However, the room lacked certain amenities, such as a kettle, which I feel is quite standard in most hotel rooms. Most of the staff were really friendly and accommodating. However, we had an issue with one man from the bar below (which is attached to the hotel). He insisted on charging us for hot water for some instant noodles, even though the receptionist had already told us it would be free. It seemed to be just him, though, as all the other staff were very welcoming. The included breakfast had a great selection, and we were really satisfied with it. Overall, it was a great deal for the price, and we’re happy with our stay."

The room is spacious and equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, and safe. I can't comment on the food, as I only booked the overnight stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it."

"I booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing.
