We booked this Hotel for 1 week all-inn... NEVER AGAIN! Let's start with the room.. Very very small, and you can hear everything from the "neighbors " The Fridge isn't able to cool more than 2 bottles. The Shower can't hold a steady temperature, and the TV only has 5/6 channels, and they are all in GERMAN!! Than the restaurant.. The variety is very limited, the "only" have a 2 day plan, 1 day is meat day, and the next is fish.. and they alternate. This is a problem for me, because I have an allergy against fish. The Quality is extremely poor, most is cold, or dried out completely. Than the "new" Corona Rules made it almost impossible to enjoy the All-inn we booked, only 3 alcoholic drinks per person with lunch, and another 3 with Dinner.. these drinks can not be taken outside the restaurant. All other alcoholic drinks (even a beer or a wine) needs to be paid separately. (Than why All-inn??) The Personal I think the best thing they can do in this hotel, is put the cleaning ladies in the reception.. they were soo much more friendly than the receptionist, or most of the waiters.. It seemed the these Ladies were the only ones "enjoying " their job. We most definitely will NEVER come back to this hotel.

De bar/restaurant aan de boulevard is erg slecht. De bediening laat erg lang op zich wachten. Het eten is verder wel oké. Mooie lokatie alleen het personeel is geen horeca personeel. Tenminste niet wat ik gewend ben

Das Hotel und das Essen dort(wir hatten 'all in') waren gut, wenn man keine all zu hohen Ansprüche hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Strand ist super, und man ist in 20 Min. zu Fuß am Ballermann 6.

Kurzgefasst! Man wird beklaut im Hotel Zimmer aus dem verschlossenden Koffer Geld und alles andere wertvolle was man zu Geld machen kann Hotel hilft nicht ! Angeblich putze Frau 20 Jahre da aber es ist jeden Tag eine andere Putzfrau Sonst ganz schönes Hotel

Wij hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Kamers waren niet super groot maar precies wat wij nodig hadden. We hadden een prachtig uitzicht op zee! Het eten was erg goed en gevarieerd! Zelfs voor de moeilijke eter is hier iets te vinden! Het hotel ligt bijna in de zee je hoeft maar 50 meter te lopen en je bent er al ! Leuke plaats veel souvenir winkels in de buurt! De busverbinding naar de hoofdstad Palma is perfect in 15 / 20 min sta je in het centrum van Palma. Kortom ben je op zoek naar een leuk hotel dichtbij de zee dan adviseren wij dit hotel zeker ! Het personeel doet zeker zijn best om alles te regelen en wij vonden ze zeker vriendelijk.

Vriendelijk personeel, schone kleine kamers en goed en gevarieerd eten. Het hotel ligt direct aan de boulevard dus strand, winkeltjes en terrasjes in overvloed in de directe nabijheid. Het drukke luidruchtige uitgaansgebied begint op een vijftal minuten lopen. De bushalte van/naar vliegveld of hoofdstad is direct voor de deur van het hotel. Een taxirit van/naar luchthaven kost ongeveer 20 euro. Gelukkig geen irritante animatie wel geregeld mogelijkheden om iets te doen 's middags of 's avonds. Het hotel is zeer Duits georiënteerd wat voor ons geen bezwaar was. Kortom een fijne vakantie met partner. Kamertip: de oneven kamernummers op de hogere verdiepingen hebben uitzicht op het zwembad en op zee.

Als wir ankamen, sind wir nicht freundlich empfangen worden. Es sollte im Hotel Maskenpflicht sein,leider haben sich nicht alle Gäste daran gehalten. Dem Personal, war es gleichgültig. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bad war so klein, das man sich gerade so rein stellen konnte.Der Balkon war sehr klein, mit Aussicht, auf das Meer und den Müll.Die Balkon Tür, war nicht dicht,man konnte mit der Hand durch. Das Essen war nicht gar ,manchmal blutig.Die Putzfrauen waren ordentlich.Das All in war auch.Es gab zu jeder Mahlzeit, 3 Alkoholische Getränke, sonst nicht

Het hotel ligt op een klein kwartier van het vliegveld. Het hotel ligt direct aan de boulevard, dus je bent in no-time op het strand. Het eten is er prima, veel afwisseling en keus. Het personeel is vriendelijk en het interieur is netjes en proper. Nadelen van dit hotel zijn de slechte en kleine bedden en de minimale animatie. Verder een prima hotel met fijn zwembad en lekker cocktails.

ben net een uur terug in nederland en het personeel is vreselijk niet aardig en niet behulpzaam hotel is vies en stinkt eten is smerig locatie s mooi elk hotel behalve deze zou ik aanraden bijna alleen maar Duisters en iedereen spreekt ook duits ze kunnen amper engels en of spaans kamers heel klein hotel ook klein en niet mooi bedden slapen niet lekker
