Nice hotel, excellent breakfast and outstanding service.

Right next to the beach, room is very nice

The hotel is only 5.7 kilometers away from Mallorca International Airport. It is located in the resort and is the best hotel in the area. Many British and Germans stay there. The balcony of the sea view room can see the sunset of the bay in the west. The swimming pool and breakfast are also very good. Breakfast can be customized. Most of the five-star hotels abroad have four-star environment facilities and four-star three-star services. This one is well deserved. There are live singing performances from 8 to 10 pm. But there are mosquitoes in summer and the hotel does not provide mosquito repellent facilities.

The location is right in the middle of Palma beach. The hotel is almost connected to the beach. Since it is the off-season, most of the shops on the beach side are closed. The sea water is too cold, so winter is not the season to go into the water. However, the hotel's swimming pool is heated, and there are also guests swimming in the pool. The rooms all face the sea. The rooms are very large and have bathtubs. Each room also has a terrace, which is also super large. It's just that the decoration is simple, bottled water is not supplied, and the shampoo/hair conditioner/shower gel and hair dryer are all hung on the wall, which is unprecedented in a 5-star hotel. Fortunately, I brought toilettes, but I gave up on the wall-mounted hair dryer. It was completely useless and I slept with my hair wet. The staff are very welcoming. When I arrived, they almost rushed out to push my luggage for me. I was a little scared. There would also be a welcome drink and a goodbye drink when I arrived and when I left. Acceptable off season value. There were so many people at breakfast, and the buffet breakfast was totally unappetizing, except for smoothie.

Everything is good. The decoration is relatively simple, which highlights the good location of the sea view. The scenery here is really good. I hope to have the opportunity to come again. It should be better in summer.

The actual hotel was much better than the photos, and the atmosphere there and even the breakfast were so good :) And the staff were really kind!! My choice was best! That vibe was perfect for feeling in Mallorca. Every staff are so nice and kind, They’re tried to help us even small things. Also,The place is located near the airport. I wish I could go there and swim right now

All of us got food poisoning from the broken hotel breakfast, the trip turned into a nightmare, and we couldn’t return on time, tortured for a day and a night, come if you want food poisoning, it can still be a five-star hotel, I’m also drunk

The description of the hotel and the welcome drink and service were good, but the sea right in front was a little dirty,,,,, the swimming pool wasn't that good, the breakfast might be just as good ㅠ

A resort with good value for money. Everything is fine except for parking. However, it is not a private resort, but it seems to have a large group tour personality. Very close to the airport.

I am usually really critical of hotels and cruise ships. I have nothing negative to say. Everyone friendly and helpful. Breakfast exceptional. More choices than a cruise ship buffet. Large room with large bathroom. Lots of hot water. Too bad the bed was not a little longer. Then perfect.
