This hotel is very nice. Clean, friendly staffs. Foods were delicious and lots of varieties. Location is very near to the beach, just right behind the hotel.
There’s bus stop 2min away from the hotel so quite convenient. But it’s far from downtown. You have to take the bus to get around. It costs only €2 per trip so still ok. You can also take the airport bus from the same station.
Overall, this hotel is worth the money. Would recommend it.

The staff were friendly and helpful as always, except for one tall young Spanish man in the dining room ? duty manager, tall Spanish guy. He was rude, arrogant and really lets the place down with his attitude. Fortunately I only saw him for 2 days of my stay-hopefully they sacked him. The other staff, and in particular Pedro, on reception are exceptional. The hotel has some maintenance issues, one fo the lifts was out of order almost every day, all day.

The hotel holds the standard the food is very good and the service is exelent in our room the bathroom was not as fresh as could be - leaking water and problems with leaking shower but it was a small issue

The hotel is very poor foe a RIU. They are usually excellent. This is probably only a 2 star hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of the party area that does not seem to close. We go not sleep for the 5 nights, despite coming for a relaxing break. No other rooms available according to staff. Very poor selection of hot food. No vegetarian options. Staff were friendly but not helpful. Tried to get extra pillows even requested through the RIU app. Total waste of money. Would not recommend.

Ninjamichelle stayed probably in a different Hotel… very nice place at the beat of S‘Arenal (google Maps your stay next ) clean rooms :: gentle people all over the place :: excellent choice of food for breakfast and dinner (we are vegan so can only choose limited of what’s offered - however even ‚our‘ choices are huge with vegetables and fruits) :: seaview and overall a nice place to stay if you are looking for days in the sun with entertainment factor

Overall, it was an okay stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Any questions we had, they were always there to help. As far as location, this hotel is basically in Little Germany. Every single store, restaurant, and bar was in German and/or catered to Germans. If you’re looking for a local flare or spot, you will not find it here. The resort is beachfront but Playa de Arenal is SUPER crowded. When we booked our stay, we selected sea view. However, when we arrived, our room was on floor 1 and our “sea view” was blocked by the pool and cabanas. We should have had a room on the higher floors. My room had ants, which stayed in a small corner of the room. Room itself was clean, bathroom shower could have been scrubbed a bit more, and bedding was somewhat comfortable. Room also seemed outdated and could have used a refresh. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included but always ventured out to explore the island during the day and evening, so dinner was never on property. The hotel is 15 min from the airport, which is nice plus as well. For my next Mallorca adventure, I’ll be staying somewhere else that has more of the local vibe and flare.
