We were here for 9 nights! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The food in dining area was fabulous and the wait staff, exceptional. The pools were clean, just unfortunate that the wind was blowing and it was too cold to swim. We were on the 12th floor facing ocean, and our only complaint was that there should be some way to keep the door from banging in the wind, we like to have the air at night!

The hotel is easy from the airport. A2 bus stop very close. Check in was fast. Stayed in a tower room which was kept very clean by the staff. Restaurant breakfast and dinner all fresh with different themes each night. Plenty of seating and doors open so you feel covid safe…Cycling station right downstairs. Would say this hotel is great for a cycling break. Only one English tv station. Wifi was strong. Doors slam loudly would be my only complaint.

The hotel is very outdated, the shower did not work properly the very first night and only got fixed in the morning. The furniture looks pretty old too. The balcony was nice and had nice view. Overall it is very clean and they have amazing breakfast selection.

If you want to party with young drunk Germans every evening and night, you will love to stay at this hotel. If you want to sleep during the night, do not stay here! The hotel is situated directly on the German party street. It is horrible and noisy. The hotel and the rooms are clean, and the staff at the hotel is very serviceminded. The bar on the roof top is very nice and cosy, and the pool area is fine. Plenty of sun beds around both pools. Easy to go to Palma city by bus. Easy to rent bicycles in the reception for a day and the price is fine. Very close to the beach.

Super nice, modern and clean hotel. The rooms are modern and nice and big. Despite being very close to the "Schinkenstrasse" it is absolutely quiet. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. I would go back anytime.

Run-down, dirty and loud. This hotel is only 100m from the Bierkönig and you can clearly see how they make money here. Definitely not quality. The location is certainly perfect for Ballermann visitors, but nothing more. The room was extremely run-down and in need of major renovations. The background noise in the evening was very loud. I don't want to know what it's like in the season. Internet/Wi-Fi is basically unusable or very very slow. The food is sufficient but never four-star standard. You can't use the entrance door to the actual hotel building. You always have to walk through the other hotel and the entire pool area. The staff at the reception responded to my inquiries in an unfriendly and arrogant manner. I am very disappointed and would definitely not recommend this hotel.
