H10 Conquistador

What started as a holiday ended up with my Dad being ill and requiring major heart surgery. I joined my mum here to support her and the hotel have been really wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The food is excellent, spoilt for choice. The staff are absolutely amazing, very caring, polite and friendly.

Fantastic service, the staff were polite and professional and very welcoming. We did go with the privilege package and it was certainly a great experience. We will be going back to the hotel but we will definitely be going with the privilege package again. Thank you for a great week.

The hotel is in a great location and is spotlessly clean! We found all staff to be friendly and helpful. The guests were a mix of couples, families and elderly people. No rowdy groups, which was good. Our room was one of the smallest we have ever stayed in, however it was adequate for our duration. There is a lack of electric outlets in the room. The bed was unbelievably comfy and the pillows were fantastic. We had a sea view room on the 5th floor with an incredible view. The entertainment was below our room but finished by around 10.30 and caused us no trouble. The food was of good quality and varied. Actually had decent sausages and fried bread, which I don’t often find abroad. The pool area again was very clean. It was a shame the pools were cold. The adult pool was a little bearable but the large lagoon pool was freezing. Only saw one or two brave people in it. The sunbeds were a bit of an issue. There are lots of them but only around 70% get any sun and the hotel was full. In January people want the sun! The hotel has a strict rule that towels are not placed on beds prior to 9am and that if a bed is left for over an hour the towel and belongings are removed. On many occasions I saw beds that were not used for most of the day. This rule is not being challenged by staff. Only once did I see a lifeguard removing items from a few beds, prior to 9am. I think there could be a little more daytime activities, such as a quiz maybe. The evening entertainment was a little hit and miss. However, one night it was fantastic. I think the act was called “Afro American Diamonds”. They were amazing! Overall we had a wonderful stay but just a few improvements would make it 5* for us!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean, fantastic pools, lovely food and amazing staff, especially the fab ladies on reception. It’s also really nicely located for the beach and shop / restaurants. I had my birthday there and they put a lovely balloon, chocolate and cava present in my room which was so thoughtful. I would 100% come back here.

We have stayed here numerous times before and always return because it is perfect for us. The staff are always helpful and friendly plus the location is spot on with no steep hills and just far enough to be away from but close enough to the action if you want it
