Bookes this hotel for a short stay with my partner , we thougbt it wouod just be basic and wouldnt soend much time in there but it exceeded out expectations We stayed in P05 room which was on the same floor as the pool, infact our balcony doors opened onto the pool area, we also had patio furniture outside, the room was spacious, clean and fresh, pool area was clean modern, there was even a small artificial beech which was a sun trap, the roof had sunbeds on which was nice, hotel staff very friendly and helpfull, great loaction in las americas, i woukd highly recomend the hotel and we would deffo stay again, great value for money, modern, clean and tastefull

All inclusive holiday. Worth the money. All was good; room, food, drinks. Nice gym and sport possibilities. Pool area clean and nice. Good location, central, but lots of peace and quiet. Nice staff. Mainly scandinavian quests. We enjoyed our stay. Could come again!

This is a brilliant Hotel The staff are wonderful considerate & very knowledgeable The rooms are spotless,the food is excellent & is close to all amenities shops, beech,I highly recommend it It has good entertainment during the day and night

We stayed here for 6 nights and it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We had a junior suite and it has everything in it we could possibly need. The rooms are spotless as is the whole hotel. We did all inclusive and there is no complaints from either of us we loved the drinks and food. The pool area is plenty big enough and again it is spotlessly clean. The staff are fantastic at this hotel a credit to the place. We will definitely be going back if we are in Tenerife again.

Hotel & rooms spotless at all times. Staff friendly & helpful. Food was repetitive & warm not hot. Smoke free hotel not ideal if a smoker or vape. No music around pool adult only hotel but it’s from 16yrs so full of teenagers. Have to go down to bottom floor as this is only toilets they have outside of your room.

First to say that this isn't a 4 ☆hotel at all. It's 3 ☆ at best. We had an unpleasant experience right at the beginning. After waiting for more than 2 hours we entered the room and that was a shock. It's on the ground floor (more as a basement), literally never seen sunlight, like a tunnel, cold, not properly cleaned, top of the door was opened and couldn't close. I tried to change the room but disinterested stuff blew me off saying they couldn't do anything,they were fully booked . I complained that room was open and it's cold because of the draft. They sent a handyman who literally taped cardboard to the top of the door. I attached photos here. I attached photos of a view from the terrace which is terrible too.Early morning around 5 or earlier started noise under the room which continued all morning and some parts of the day. We assumed that the room was either above kitchen or laundry room . We stayed 7 nights. No one from the hotel contacted us regarding the room during our stay. Staff are disinterested and undertrained . There were also many other things which should not be there if this was 4 ☆ hotel but review would be too long . All in all, never again.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and food excellent, my husband is a very fussy eater and he found something to eat every meal without complaining. Only small complaint the all inclusive drinks are very limited. Otherwise excellent. Near the main ***** and beach.

staff were really helpful and nice but especially the bar staff who were really friendly and understanding . Rooms clean and tidy but noisy depending on room location but as expected from Tenerife, pool does the job nothing was falsely advertised you saw what you get and there’s a really nice area on the rooftop for extra sunbathing.

The hotel is a smaller but hotel than we usually go to but it was very clean and tidy. The food was good,staff are friendly and helpful. First week was calm and chilled second week due to college and university students turning up a lot noisier so if you want relaxation go when kids aren’t there
