Hotel-Apartamentos Andorra

Just back from our 4th visit to Hotel Andorra. The staff are all lovely. Our room was on 1st floor overlooking the pool. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided when needed. You just put your towels in the bath if you need them changed. We were bed and breakfast. There was more than enough us to choose from. We normally only have coffee and toast followed with fruit and yogurt. There was someone there making omelettes to order. The usual sausage, bacon etc there. Lots of cereal etc. we ate at the pool bar several times. The food was ok and very reasonably priced. The cocktails are lethal especially the Long Island ice teas. Thank you again to all at the Andorra. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed in a superior apar**ent which was absolutely fantastic. Had a huge balcony with sunbeds and sun umbrella The hotel was kept spotlessly clean , plenty of sun beds around the pool at all times. We stayed BB food was plentiful and great choice. Reception staff were all very helpful. I would recommend these apar**ents . We will be returning in the future.

The first time I have stayed here but have already booked to return. The hotel is very clean and all the staff very friendly and helpful. A special mention t o Norlys, Nataly and De wi as the ones who were extra helpful to me. The hotel must be complimented on all the lovely staff.

Once again we enjoyed a relaxing break in the sunshine . This Hotel combines all the benefits of having the space of a one bedroom apar**ent with a functional kitchenette area for the odd light meal at home with the convenience of a hotel and its facilities . This is not a flashy property but is clean , well run , reasonable facilities , friendly and helpful staff and above all , in a great location . We never tire of the view from our spacious balcony and enjoy a G&T or two before a leisurely stroll to one of many decent restaurants in close proximity . Our biggest frustration is that not all the package holiday providers have availability all the time - not worked that out yet and haven't asked them either ! Already looking for our next trip

Well what can I say we are only home from this hotel & all we can say as a family is we can't wait to come back, the rooms & hotel were cleaned to a high standard every day, beds,pillows linen were so comfortable! Every member of staff were very friendly & made is feel very welcome from the minute we walked in especially the receptionist Mariah she couldn't of accommodated us anymore very friendly & nothing was a hassle so thank you! Lovely lady! We were only supposed to stay 4 nights & loved it that much we extended it over the weekend which Mariah had made notes so when she wasn't there other staff members were able to understand exactly what we were looking & the manager had all the notes he needed to help us stay on longer, the hotel was nearly booked out & we were so lucky we ended up getting to stay in the same room what a view 115 was perfect for a family of 3! The pool was lovely & clean. Breakfast menu there is plenty to accommodate everyone's requirements fresh and brought on when running low, fresh omlettes made how you want, loads of savory breads and treats our son was on cloud 9! Will definitely return here and on the countdown to our next stay, thank you 😊 if your thinking about it just book it you won't regret it only 10 minute walk from everything you need if the night life is what your after I was glad not to be in the middle of it! perfect location, perfect hotel & staff give us the best holiday we could of asked for & memories for a lifetime

Excellent service through out the hotel, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, excellent postion for all amunities including bars and restaurants, only 10 mins walk to Las vistas beach perfect. great pool area free sun loungers bar and snack bar.

Just returned from one week at this hotel which was very pleasant. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Maids were very pleasant. Natalie at the pool bar was very friendly and bubbly. Breakfast was not too good, not very warm and no proper bacon or sausage. Could be improved. Only had breakfast 2 mornings from the 7. Hotel well located. Supermarket just around the corner and close to lovely shops and restaurant's. Highly recommend Melrose steak house - 2min walk and staff were lovely. Food was amazing. This is not a hotel for children who like entertainment. No entertainment at all. Very low music played at one of the pools. No inflatables allowed in pools. Pool area was very quite with lots of people sleeping and reading books. Great if you want complete peace like we both did. I feel this would definitely be a 4 star if breakfast was improved and a little entertainment was provided. Only negative for us would be that we were not able to pay for a late check out as the hotel was fully booked the day we were leaving. No courtesy shower room available so had to get changed in the communal toilets before leaving for airport. Not good when you have a late flight. We did ask for late check out on day we arrived but were told we would have to check 24 hours before we left. Other than the above, we would stay again.

Amazing time spent at the Andorra. Room fabulous, cleaning excellent. Breakfast was perfect, with a great selection. Such a central hotel to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Lovely to walk anywhere, very accessible. Would highly recommend to all, solo, families, couples, children. Have booked to return again in May 2025

Lovely quiet hotel kept very clean with lovely staff. Beds are very comfortable & rooms well furnished. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone with 2 large swimming pools. Hotel is very central to shops, bars & beach. We stayed H/B & food was great menu changed every day - steaks etc cooked in front of you & large roasted joints carved. Would definitely stay again.
