Pelayo and the whole animation group for children was super. Big playground. Nice waterslides and pools. Have been here 3 years in a row. Food is very good - breakfast/dinner package is nice. The 7 day package gives you free transfer to hotel and airport.

The hotel is amazing. The entertainment team are excellent at making you enjoy your time. I reccomend Pelayo, Rachel, Fran (my best friend ) The food is awesome there is so much to eat with a range of foods We love the snack bar I reccomending going all inclusive it's totally worth it !!!!

This was my first solo holiday and from the moment I walked into reception I felt at ease and comfortable. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived but I had added Up (this is for over 18s and gives you exclusive access to a rooftop area, pool, jacuzzi, sun beds, bar and food) when booking my all inclusive holiday. The lovely man who greeted me on reception suggested I go up there and get a drink and have a look around. I did and it was stunning. Quiet, clean and welcoming. I got a drink and sat down taking in the view. I went downstairs and checked into my room. It was lovely. A very good size, 2 single beds, a good sized bathroom with a large shower that had both hand held shower head and a rain shower attached to the ceiling. There was a crack in the bottom of the shower but it didn’t affect my use. There was a comfy sofa, 4 drawers, shelves and hanging space too. There was a safe which I had access to. I also had a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge in my room. The view from my balcony wasn’t amazing, it was of an abandoned hotel, however, this wasn’t an issue for me as I only used my room to sleep, shower and change as I was out a lot. I personally feel the food choice was fabulous. I was spoiled for choice. I tried to eat differently as much as I could. I never went to the main dining room for lunch but did for breakfast and dinner. The food was great quality and the staff in the restaurant were fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly, attentive and made me feel comfortable. As you can imagine, eating alone can be a little nerve wracking but the staff were wonderful. One gentleman suggested wine for me, which was lovely and then they would put the cork back in and keep it for the next night. The staff cleared away quickly between courses and kept the restaurant looking clean and tidy. Most evenings I went into the fun bar after dinner. They had different acts on and I think your like of this is personal as we don’t all like the same things. It’s clear they try to book acts for all ages. There were some acts that I preferred to others. Again, in here the staff were attentive, it was welcoming for all ages and the staff serve you at the table, again, they were all lovely. I mainly spent my days on the roof. The sun beds were comfortable and towels were provided. I used the jacuzzi and the pool numerous times. There were hot drinks, water, fresh orange juice, lager, cider, wines and Prosecco you could help yourself to, alongside some lovely foods, breakfast and lunch. There was also a fully stocked bar. Again, the staff were fantastic, attentive, chatty and friendly. One evening I was invited to a meal on the roof and it was absolutely beautiful. We had some Prosecco on arrival followed by a number of courses, all of which was very tasty. My glass was topped up with wine on request. It was a little windy up there, however the staff offered blankets, which was a nice idea. One day I went downstairs to the outdoor bar and order

The food and entertainment has been amazing lots of activities and lots of fun 🤩 I totally recommend this place You should go now

Kids mini club very good for children. Staff are very friendly especially Dogman who had a great relationship with the kids.

We always go turkey but thought we’d try Tenerife this year with kids instead. SUNBED wars are real. Never experienced anything like this before. Gate opens at 8, someone gave us the heads up to get there for 7 to queue! My husband was there at 7am few days then its a run for your life situation to get the beds you want. Beds aren’t checked so people putting down towels then going out for the morning etc. there’s no where near enough beds to people available. Someone decided to sh*t in the main pool one afternoon so it got closed for the rest of the day. Then within an hour guessing the same person sh*t in the other pool too! So both pools closed for rest of the day. Wasn’t great. Foam party was good - heads up though if your blonde - as the pink foam turned my hair pink!! Had to wash it 4 times to come out. Also, my kids are 11 and 14 and almost got swallowed up in the foam. I had to lift my 11 year old out as was basically drowning in it. Pretty dangerous to be honest. Hotel was great. Room was ok, cleaned every day (not proper clean just sweep and make beds) had a view of a derelict building, food was good, great choice but ALOT of fish dishes and few of the meat choices were raw / undercooked most days. We ate out 2 nights as didn’t like the choices that day. Great You can order snacks / lunch at the swimming pool side. Bar very slow. Usually 2 people serving but very slow. 5 min walk to the golden mile ***** which was good of an evening and 10 min walk to nice beach. Wouldn’t return but we all had a great holiday.
