Nice stay for a short break. Lovely pool area although sunbeds a bit worn. Friendly staff - especially at pool bar. Rooms could do with a refurbishment - no air con, only ceiling fan therefore room was very hot. I believe a gradual refurbishment of the blocks is taking place so hopefully this will be included.

The good: 👍
The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need.
The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty.
There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with.
Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant.
Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views.
The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated.
The bad:👎
Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom)
All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment.
Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

Genuinely the hotel with the most character I’ve ever been to. Sure it might not be the hotel for young people who want to go out and party but it’s definitely not to be overshadowed by that, the hotel is so characterised with some lovely rooms and even lovelier staff who are always happy to help. The pools, don’t even get me started. There’s a normal pool that’s fairly large and right next to the snack bar/ drinks bar, but there’s also a SALT water pool, genuinely such a good addition and I was surprised to not see more people in the cosy laguna area of the hotel. Now the food, the food is what you can expect from an all inclusive, it satisfies but isn’t anything crazy, although I must admit the pizza is genuinely better than a lot of restaurants I’ve been to, and that’s not only Tenerife but all the countries I’ve been to. Definitely try it on your first night you will not be disappointed! One thing I will say that was slightly off putting is the outdoor snack bar, if the food covers can be improved to have a little door or cover to detour birds it would be a 10/10, quite a few times I was slightly put off after I saw birds eating the croquettes, chips and rolls but I still came back the next day and stuffed myself. We didn’t get to experience the animation team and shows as we were a bit too tired every evening but it for sure roars through the hotel! A solid 4.5/5 hotel and I will most definitely be coming back as soon as I’m ready to visit Tenerife again! One last thing before I forget, the animals in the garden are yet another great addition and what makes the hotel even more cosy and charming, there’s turtles absolutely EVERYWHERE really adds to the character of the hotel.

We love this place! We returned for the third time this year and it just keeps getting better. By far the best thing about this hotel is the animation team. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. Special shout outs to Fabio and Alessio who work so incredibly hard and are so friendly and then also Elena and Francesca who our boys adored at kids club. All the animation team work so hard from putting on a massive array of activities which are all super fun (but you never feel pushed to do if you don’t fancy) to cooking by the pool and then the great shows in the evening. Great to see that there had been some investment in the shows this year with some new costumes etc and this has made them even better. Greatest Showman was a massive highlight. There are so many facilities in this hotel from the beautiful pools, sports facilities, parks and even small animals. The restaurants and bars offer a large variety of top quality food and drinks and great service too. We pay extra for one of the suites as it’s definitely worth the money as the rooms are gorgeous, clean and comfortable with great views. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we will be returning! Thank you to everyone who gave us such a great holiday once again.

I travled to Tenerife and stayed at Hotel Club Europe for a week in march 2025 with my sister in law. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was almost an appartment, the pool area was the best I’ve ever seen with lots of palmtrees and plants. Especially Ioved all the different animals they kept there. Guinea pigs, parrots, fish and turteles. The animation team was nothing les than fantastic! They worked hard all day, Danced by the pool and kept everybody’s spirit up and they also made faboulous shows every evening (beside monday)! The waitors were great and we especially enjoyed the smaller grill restaurant by the pool area. There was a lot of food to choose from and we liked the 8 persons tables that forces us to talt to a lot of people all week. Being a Dane we like to speak both english and german - and boy did we speak a lot! We made new friends and had the best week! I will absolutely recommend this hotel!

Absolutely best hotel , great location great food , great atmosphere and ambience. Entertainment brilliant those guys and girls 100% take my hat off to you . Barbecue restaurant the best steak cooked to your liking and the wine was good quality. See you all soon .

It was really nice to spend 5 days in this hotel. The entertainment guys were super nice. We will definitely be back. A special thanks to Lorenzo who we couldn't say goodbye to. And to Francesca who was fantastic with our daughter. Congratulations to whoever manages all this. bravi ragazzi!!!!

Just returned from a fantastic week at Park Club Europe. This Hotel is superbly located, just off the Golden Mile and a short walk to the Promenade where you can watch the sunset or stroll to the nearby beaches. This hotel is like a Mediterranean village, no high rise blocks just a few floors per block surrounding the 2 beautiful well kept pools. The rooms are spacious with large terrace/balcony, fridge and safe in room - only thing missing is no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities. The two pools have lots of sun beds available, one of the pools being saltwater with sand around it and a couple of slides. The food is buffet style with lots of choice. The tables to eat are large (seating 8) to encourage communication with others - this was strange to start with but we got used to it. The Animation entertainment team led by the wonderful Alex (who is hilarious) was excellent, they led different activities throughout the day such as water polo, water gym, volleyball, football, archery keeping everyone entertained and the evening dance/music shows were amazing. We also had a couple of games of Bingo which had lovely prizes. All the animation staff need congratulating, they are warm, welcoming and always had a smile on their faces 👏 We will definitely return to this hotel
