This hotel was absolutely fantastic. We just got back from a 13 night All Inclusive holiday here and we really enjoyed it. FOOD AND DRINK: The restaurant was incredible. Every few days, they had a carvery and every day had a theme for dinner. For example, when we went they had Canarian, Italian, Volcanic, BBQ, Asian Mexican & Spanish. I have coeliac disease which means that I can’t eat anything with gluten, and the staff really took care of my needs. There were signs for all of the different food options, and they all had labels for what allergens were in each food. It didn’t include may contain, but if you ask a member of staff to say what is free from the allergen you can’t eat, they will show you around and tell you as well. There were a couple of people who were especially kind and friendly to me. Their names are Vera, Ana, Javier, Luis, and one of the chefs, Miguel. On our last 3 nights at the hotel, Miguel made me special desserts. They had multiple gluten free options every day, and when they didn’t have as many, they made me gluten free pasta with a sauce, and they also offered to make gluten free pizza. You need to ask for special GF items in advance and they will write it down and remember to make it for you when you come. Breakfast was really enjoyable, too! If you ask for extra gluten free food at breakfast, every day they give you a gluten free bread roll, a soya yoghurt, which is also vegan, a muffin, gluten free crepes and Schar biscuits. They also had lots of good options at lunch. Overall, this restaurant is one of the best hotel restaurants I have been to. They have a large selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The bar staff were very polite and friendly. There is a good Snack Bar open through the day and drinks on tap. STAFF: As well as the restaurant staff, the cleaners, bar staff, animation team and the receptionists were all really polite and friendly to us. I cannot praise them enough! They work very hard and will do anything they can to make your holiday special. One of the receptionists, Alfredo, was especially kind and helpful to us. ROOM: The room was really nice. It had a kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, cooking tools, cutlery, plates, etc. It was a two floor apar**ent, with upstairs being a living room, but they can also make it up with 2 extra beds, a TV, a balcony, and a light on the balcony so you can sit outside at night too. Downstairs had the main bedroom, another TV, another balcony with comfy seats, and the bathroom. No bath, but there is a lovely shower. The hotel doesn’t have many lifts, but they have stairs and steep ramps, so if you have mobility problems, it would be helpful if you ask for a lower level room. POOL: The hotel had three pools. A small pool for infants and young children, a pool for playing in, that has a slightly shallower section, and the deep main pool. They also have a new splash pool for kids under 12 years old. Every week, they have a foam party, in the
