Fantastic place, especially for families with children. Great food, nicest staff who is always smiling and helpful, area and rooms clean and shining. A wonderful and relaxing oasis. Only minus (or more a plus ;) ): There is approximately 15 minutes walking distance to city area/turist hell.

The hotel is aptly named! A real gem on the island, lush and green. Amazing space in the villa, we were very comfortable and pleasantly surprised with a dishwasher and washing machine in our place. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, the set up was very functional. Two slightly bigger than single beds pushed together, quite comfortable. Great to have 2 balconies. The breakfast was good, nothing mind blowing but we enjoyed it eating by the pool. Didn't try lunches or dinners at the hotel but there is an excellent restaurant just next to the reception, with amazing food and really top class staff. One pool is heated while the other one is cold and empty all day. Small pools for toddlers too. Great idea to have artificial grass around the pool, prevents burned feet! Good selection of drink at the pool bar, staff are pleasant. Never struggled to find a chair by the pool in November. It's a family hotel so there are lots of kids playing in the pool but it didn't bother us. There is a small gym but not many people attended, fairly small place. They cleaned the rooms every day. The whole hotel complex is very quiet and very pleasant. The small shop on site has the basics, even a tiny gluten free section but the large Siam Mall is a 20 min walk (4 minute drive) away so it was easy to get everything we needed. Hotel itself is a bit far from town to casually stroll there, but the hotel offers a free shuttle bus. The alternative is to rent a car, there are parking spaces outside but also a large parking underground the hotel. The bathroom was a bit of a let down - very dark shower (behind the wall with no direct source of light) and the drain wasn't the most effective one, so we had to shower very quickly to avoid water overflowing.

The location is a bit away from the centre of things but the beautiful resort is worth it. It's located a short distance from Siam Park and Siam shopping mall. A taxi or drive to either las America's or Los Cristianos is 6 minutes. You could walk if you like a stroll. The resort is at the edge of a lovely golf course in a nice pleasant quiet area. We stayed in a villa with a pool. The one down side is the children's room was on the other floor to the double room so we had to split up to watch them. Lovely entertainment during the day and a heated outside pool which was great. The breakfast was small but lovely. The evening entertainment was always "interesting" but we enjoyed it. Overall great spot for a quiet family holiday.

We are just back from a 10 day all inclusive stay in a family villa and had a wonderful time! The family villa was perfect for us. Our two kids slept in the separate bedroom with me and hubby in the lounge. Beds were super comfy which I thought was very unusual!! I also loved the fact that the family villa area had little sand pits, a pirate ship, trikes and a tree house for the kids to play in. The resort also felt very safe. I was a little apprehensive about the food as hadn’t been all inclusive for a while but my worries were unfounded. So much to choose from and to cater for fussy little monkeys if you’re unlucky to have any with you! Pool was great, split into two and never too busy. One side was set to heat if the temperature fell below a certain level, think this must’ve kicked in a couple of times as one side definitely felt warmer. The kids were also allowed inflatables which again is rare at resorts, there was also a stash of left behind inflatables that were free to everyone! You also didn’t need to race down to save a space, sun loungers available all day!! We found the entertainment really good too from giant inflatable unicorns in the pool, water slides, Disney treasure hunts, aqua dance and lots of other games for the kids, always something to do We also enjoyed the evening entertainment! Although hubby wasn’t keen when he had to take part in the Chinese acrobat show Now for the staff, they were probably my favourite thing about this resort, so friendly and absolutely great with my kids. My little girl was addicted to apple juice so the bar men would joke with her about that which she absolutely loved. She definitely took a shine to Nico, Raul and Oscar who were all brilliant with her. One night my son broke a plate and was super upset about it. Oscar was right over to reassure him that it happened all the time and not to worry. Was so sweet. One of the waitresses hugged me on our last day, actually made me feel really sad about going home! Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a high quality, relaxing and child friendly resort. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed at the height of the summer season and loved every moment of GGH our room was spacious and very nicely equipped and spec of fittings great. We were all inclusive which was fabulous great to have themed nights. We particularly enjoyed mexican and Asian nights. I loved that there was an air curtain stopping flies from entering the cold buffet area. Hot food was fresh and plentiful. Loved the pan fried garlic chicken. Pools were great & normally able to get loungers. Some people put towels down then didn't turn up till mid afternoon which is selfish and rude. Staff discourage this. Loved that smoking and vaping are not allowed poolside (there are specific smoking areas) and this is enforced (politely at first, then robustly if ignored). We witnessed one entitled "Karen" only stop when they explained that she would loose her all inclusive if she continued. I wish we'd had popcorn . We hired a car in the second week but we could have just got taxis locally. Parking underground was free (with an access card from reception) but spaces were tight to get into. We ended up parking on street. Would we recommend? Yes. Would we return? 100% yes.

As described by many, the grounds and rooms are immaculate, the staff are constantly cleaning and tending to the gardens. Staff are very friendly, didn't have a single negative experience with any member of staff. I see a couple of complaints about the food selection and entertainment. I would suggest that they are comparing other, far larger, all inclusive hotels. If you want a huge hotel with several restaurants then obviously you will have more choice but this place in my opinion, is much nicer. We had no issues with finding something nice to eat despite us both being veggie and found the food to be plentiful and good quality. It's a bit of a walk into playa Americas, Los christianos or Adeje but manageable if you're reasonably fit. If not you'll be getting a €15-€20 taxi each way. Personally I chose the resort as it was quiet and out of the way of the towns, but if you want to visit the towns regularly then you may want to rethink staying here. Plenty of sunbeds and a couple of nice pools, my only suggestion would be to make the pool on one side for kids and the other for adults. It wasn't overrun with kids as they're back at school, but I think that small change could make a big difference to people's overall experience. We're not bothered by children but it would be nice to have the option.

Just returned home from a wonderful family holiday at the Green Eco. From start to finish, it was smooth & the kids had a fabulous time. All inclusive package is brilliant. The family suite is a wonderful experience & really liked the books and play area in the room- really clever. We had a late flight and the staff were kind enough to leave some snacks out for us. My boys had a great time and was always entertained - the foam party, DJ by the pool & the inflatable slide was so much fun for the kids. Thanks so much to all the staff and especially big shout out to the kids team in particular who were just always smiling & working hard! Thanks ladies! We met so many lovely families and we will definitely be returning.

Wonderful holiday at Green Garden. We stayed in a Family Suite in July all inclusive. The highlights... ☀️ The Weather. Glorious wall to wall sunshine The Food! Such a fab selection, there was something for everyone to enjoy every meal. We were all inclusive and it didn't feel samey, really varied offering with various theme nights. The 'salad room', as we called it, was just gorgeous and everything was kept topped up and looking fresh and delicious constantly. The drinks were lovely and not the really disgusting alcohol you sometimes get all inclusive. The lodges. One of the big reasons we love this place so much is that we struggled to find anywhere that have decent room sizes and with nice beds for everyone let alone a whole villa with garden. It was immaculate and kept beautifully clean each day. The children had their own room with toys and books and it was air conditioned throughout. The Pool. As the children feel the next stage older than our last visit I did wonder whether the pools would be enough to keep them occupied this time but we needn't have worried. Although there are no slides etc, the pools kept everyone happy and loads of fun was had just splashing around on the lilos. The loungers weren't nabbed first thing, it was a really chilled atmosphere. The foam party was great fun too. Poolside drinks and snacks were lovely compared to other places we have been with loads of fresh fruit as well as crisps, sandwiches and little cakes and hot dogs if you wanted something bigger. You helped yourself to everything including drinks but could go to the bar if you wanted something different. We did have a couple of excursions - Siam and Loro Parque which were both incredible. The Staff. All the staff were so helpful, lovely and friendly and genuinely looked happy in their work. My little girl turned 10 while we were there and she was left a lovely note and voucher to redeem at the shop which she was delighted with and received a lovely gift bag of sweet treats which was a nice touch. Cleanliness. It was absolutely immaculate everywhere! The Other Guests. What a lovely bunch. Lots of families and the children made friends. I know some have mentioned about the last day and it did affect us as our flight time was in the evening. As we arrived late on the first day we were given a voucher for lunch. We were offered use of a shower, clean towels and could put our luggage in a room by the reception desk so it was ok for us and certainly wasn't a deal breaker. I couldn't speak more highly of Green Garden. Relaxing, clean, spacious, lovely food and staff. Thank you for a fabulous time. Proper post holiday blues here ☀️
