We stayed here for one week in Sept, 3 adults and one child (5) We were a little concerned because there had been some poor reviews before we went, but we had no need to worry, Check in was easy and freindly, We was given a terrace apartment 0093 In lanzarote section which was really nice, it was very clean and a good size apartment, kitchen had a fridge with a little freezer compartment, cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, there was also a new dishcloth, sponge and teatowel. Bathroom had a bath with shower, there was also a hairdryer in here,, Bedroom was a good size, 2 single beds together, 2 cupboards, dressing table and safety deposit box and fan on ceiling Good size front room with a tv, decent sofa bed, table and chairs another ceiling fan and another cupboard for storage, Plus there was a portable air-conditioning unit. really good terrace area with another table and chairs and 3 sunbeds, There was a pool just outside our room, We sat by the children's pool, Out grandson loved the children's waterpark area with slides and play area, We found all the pool areas lovely, there was plenty of sunbeds and parasols, some people did put towels on the beds when they open the pools up about 8 in the morning but you could get sunbeds pretty much all day. The hole place was kept very clean and tidy. All the staff we met were really nice and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Good rooms clean. Beds comfortable. Extremely quiet. Lovely pool area. Loads of beds. Excellentcarea for kids with slides. Bad. Duplex rooms only really good for couples. Stairs not that safe. Bathroom UPSTAIRS.. No door upstairs so if downstairs the lights can be seen upstairs. No proper kettle in room.. no microwave in room. Lack of extra sheets.. minimal pillows.. had to ask as reception and slow to arrive. No entertainment here. Pools close 6pm Saltwater pools.. heated one extremely salty. Other pool really cold. Restaurant downstairs overpriced. Bar .. overpriced and bar people could do with cracking a smile.. miserable as sin.

Should have been 3 1/2 stars resort is lovely and in a amazing location , the room was old school but very functional and TV worked perfect with Netflix etc , the cleaning left a lot to be desired thought we may have a carpet under the bed turned out just dust , the whole sun bed situation Is not great people are queuing at 8am to reserve sun beds they don’t use all day, by 9am you will be lucky to find one . Beach is just behind hotel though which is great. Would come back and try and get on beach side of hotel

After 6years of holidays at Parque Santiago 111 , I can honestly say after this years experience it will be our last. We have always had studio accommodation apart from 2 years ago when we had a 2 bed due to extra family coming with us. Although some have been refurbished and some still very dated we have always found them spacious and good quality until this year. We arrived late at night after several delays so with 2 children aged 1 and 3 we were all very tired. Check in was quick and we was allocated a room above reception in the tower. I can only describe this as a box with a small triangle balcony over looking the street but was only big enough for the table and 3 chairs, bearing in mind there was 4 of us. We couldn't fit the 2 pushchairs in the room. The TV was dangerously positioned above the fold out bed which you where lucky not to knock your head on when getting in and out. We asked if this was all they had as it was far too small and was told if we came down in the morning they would try to allocate us an alternative room. So without unpacking we had to spend the night in this room. The next morning we were told a different room was available but wouldn't be ready until around 2-3pm but we had to check out from the original room by 11am and put our cases in the store room. So we still couldn't unpack and had to waste a day of our holiday hanging about waiting to get a room change. Around 2 30pm we were contacted to say our room was ready which I'm sure had been allocated to us out of spite, what a shambles the room wasn't much bigger than the first apart from being more square the rest was awful. Bedroom floor tiles cracked and loose, rust in the bath and out of the shower head when first turned on. The fold out bed mechanism had sharp bits of metal which scratched your legs when trying to get on and off. Everything about it was just awful. We again asked reception if this was all that was available due to size and condition and was told that we had been changed once and if we wanted a bigger room we would have to pay 40euros extra per night. I mentioned about the previous studios we had been allocated and how much bigger they where why couldn't we have one of those. Apparently these rooms are no longer part of the studio allocation with jet2 and they can only give guests the old unrefurbished smaller accommodation and if we wanted bigger then we had to pay and if we weren't happy jet 2 needed to sort it We spoke with our jet2 customer service rep over the phone who got back to us the following morning. We shared our experience of the rude unhelpful staff and the poor condition of the room. Because we had already wasted the first day of our holiday hanging around and being able to unpack we decided to make due but would like the room making safe with the sharp bed fittings and loose floor tiles etc.. Jet 2 rep Emma went above and beyond to try and sort our issues we where told that they wouldn't beable to sort the rusty bath o

Lovely apartments with a fantastic location. All the staff were lovely and helpful my daughter especially took to Esther R from the cleaning team she was fantastic with her. The kids pool is ideal for kids, my daughter wanted to spend all her time in it, everything was spotless and always being maintained. The main pool was great, plenty of space on the sun lingers no matter what time you went down. You have a beach 2 mins walk away which is ideal, lots of food places and shops right outside your front door. Already looking at coming back next year.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it has just slipped off the scale. Good bits Firstly the pool area and grounds are beautiful Bad bits. The main problem with this hotel is the rooms, they are simply terrible. Very badly maintained ( they look exactly the same as when we first stayed here 15 years ago) dirty and very scruffy. I know you’re only there for a short time and yes I agree you can overlook a certain amount of things but definitely not the lack of aircon. This is a major problem. Even in October which isn’t the hottest time by any means is totally unbearable. You can hire a fan if you’re wanting the hot air blown directly at you or you can opt to not hire a fan and just boil in the sweltering heat within the room either way it’s not a pleasant experience at all. Overall great location, great pool and grounds but absolutely terrible rooms. Definitely will not be returning. There are plenty of hotels in the area at the same price range which are far better.

Absolutely beautiful we loved every minute, apartment was spacious, clean with everything you need lovely outside seating situated opposite the pool. Everything you need restaurants, snack bars with the best iced coffee! Gym, shops located right next to the beach access and on the golden mile. Everything you need is in arms reach. The pool area is purely just aesthetically beautiful well maintained everyday lovely pools and jacuzzi! Felt very at home gutted to leave today. Only downfall aircon is quite poor room gets very hot and our tv stopped working after two days. However it’s a perfect place to stay extremely relaxing with everything you need and we can’t wait to come back in April thank you

This is an amazing complex. There are two families in our group, myself, my husband and our 15yo daughter and my friends family of mum and two teenage daughters. We have booked two 1 bedroom apartments both times in the last two years and have already booked again for June 2025 but for 9 days this time instead of seven. We could not fault PS3 in any way. The second year (this June) there was a bit of a mix up with the rooms allocated to us but even though we arrived at 11pm we were in our new rooms by 1pm the next day. The staff are absolutely amazing and cannot do more to help you, especially Bianca Garcia who was an absolutely brilliant person! We have booked two superior one bedroom apartments for next June and have put in a request for ground floor with walk in showers because of mobility issues. We just trust this complex now and know that if they can accommodate us they will. Yes sometimes the rooms are a little bit outdated at times but they are going through refurbishments and the rooms are immaculate outdated or not. This does not bother us at all so Don't let negative comments put you off! The pool is salty but again we'd rather swim in that than loads of chemicals. Also there were workmen at the complex this year but again there was only once we actually saw them walking past our apartment and the noise was minimal and didn't annoy us one bit. There will always be negative comments nomatter what you do but you will never be able to find a better hotel, staff or location than Parque Santiago III. We can't wait to go back!
