+Very nice place, at beach front, first line. Close to the shops, ocean, Mila D’oro, Mercadona. Kids friendly with warmth pools. Silent place with restaurant and oriented to the sun! - no activities for kids, only the pools. - no bar to the pool

Absolutely fabulous place, staff are super super friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless, the pool and pool area was beautiful and the location cannot be rivalled.. In Las Americas but not crazy noisy at night, fabulous views from all the balconies, can’t wait to go back!

Good standard apartment for our one week stay in December - clean and functional. The block is slightly dated but well maintained and in an excellent location. Rental Agent had a shop outside and were very friendly and helpful. Outside pool area was clean and well looked after with a heated pool.

The apartment was poor with cockroaches in the bathroom & main room. The room was very basic with dated decor including old bed linen. Despite communicating with the host we never saw her. After waiting for almost 45 mins for someone to show up & let us in - a non English speaking man showed up. He handed over the keys and asked us for €150 deposit which we hadn’t been told of in advance. It was difficult to find out how we would get the money back. We were left with no information including the access code to get in & out of the building. When calling the host, she didn’t answer despite multiple phone calls. When she did pick up - she hung up within 10 secs and messaged to say she was only to be contacted in dire emergencies. On the plus side the location was good with a lovely view over the beach. Overall I was very disappointed - it was a good location with a lovely view but the state of the apartment was poor. I’ve stayed in hostels that were more hygienic.

Our experience here was very good, we met Roberto and his wife at the office of the Tenerife royal garden. He was very friendly and helpful, our apt was very comfortable, clean & the location was also very good, we had a shop just beside the apt which was very handy . Plus you are very central to all the restaurants. I will be back . (C2-02 ).

We arrived Wednesday and were by irina Lovely lady Our apartment is lovely with a nice sea view In a fantastic location 2 minutes from the sea front There is everything we need We have our own balcony space with sunbeds and chairs My only comment is that, we would have preferred a shower to a bath This is not a major concern, and Irina said next time, specify this when booking (my bad for not mentioning it before) We shall certainly be booking again

Back to favourite Tenerife Royal Gardens we absolutely love this place. It’s like home from home from the moment we arrive. The communication from the Apartment Managers is great everything emailed to you beforehand to ensure a comfortable stay. Our Studio was fantastic with great views. The Apartment Managers helped us organise a mobility scooter and there were charging points and storage available around the complex. Our stay was wonderful but over all too soon. Long to be back.
