Top 5-Star Hotels in Playa Blanca

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful hotel in October. We were slightly apprehensive upon seeing some reviews but very glad we followed though and booked this hotel. The staff are amazing and very helpful, the facilities are more than satisfactory. The food and drinks are the best I have had in an all inclusive hotel and I have been to several 5 star all inclusive. We will most definitely be returning to the Rubicon Palace in near future!

Great hotel and well located. Easy walk to all amenities along the front and easy access to the beach. Rooms were a good size and well presented. We were located close to reception and it was quite noisy early morning and evening. Staff were friendly but housekeeping was a bit hit and miss with towels not being replaced and water. They also turned up super early both morning and evening. Outside area was well maintained and plenty of sun beds around the pool areas. Breakfast was consistently good. I used the gym facilities and they were pretty good for a hotel. Very quiet which was a bonus but no air conditioning. Bar was nice in the evening but cocktails were also hit and miss. Overall a good place to stay and would recommend.

Want a great holiday in Lanzarote Then Hotel LIVVO Volcan is the place for you Just came back 4-11th Oct The hotel is lovely, staff helpful, friendly nothing to much trouble Location right on the marina perfect for bars resturants ( all budgets) and supermarkets x3 water etc Breakfast, to much choice 1/2 dozen types of bread cold and hot offers a plenty ( 4 toasters) Egg Station Evening meals ( we took the 3 night offer, like to eat out some nights) Again great, hot grill master chef at work, soups hot cold, salads omg everything, Ice creamn 4 flavours spuds (have a mixed grill Roast, Mash, Spanish Spuds & Mash :) You will not be dissappointed Hotel room spotless, aircon very easy to use ( most hotels aircon never work properly) Fridge, Kettle, Plenty 2 point sockets everywhere. Yes we are going back in March(booked) and again later Brendan & Jayne Byrne

We had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists. If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)

This was our second stay at H10 White Suites and it never fails to deliver! We paid extra to have suites with a pool view and requested that our daughter had the room next door which she did! We loved the balcony with the sun lounger and chairs and table. The rooms are cleaned every day and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The pool area was washed and cleaned most days and the garden areas attended to which are beautiful. The staff work incredibly hard and are so friendly and willing to please. They also have a great sense of humour! The guy who greeted us on reception when we arrived was amazing - so warm and welcoming and took us to our room. We paid for All Inclusive and the food was delicious! The lunchtime salads were so tasty and we loved the fresh fruit provided. A big shout out to Moulod who worked so hard in the Sirocco Bar. Your are allowed one meal during your stay at the Dolce Vita Restaurant which I think is a very fair rule. We couldn't fault it. The arancini starter was gorgeous and I would recommend the cheese and pear ravioli. We also had a complimentary glass of lemoncello at the end of the meal. There were plenty of sunbeds and the pool side bar was the perfect place to get drinks and snacks during the day. The whole hotel has a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Music was provided near the pool for a couple of hours during some of the days and also in the evening in the Sirocco and Pool side bar. We watched as friendships were made between guests, everyone looked happy and we just loved our stay. By the way, none of us had food poisoning. I just can't understand the negative reviews that some have written about this hotel. My advice is that you must come to this hotel!

After reading the reviews on here I was a bit apprehensive about the holiday, we definitely needn’t have been, we had a fantastic weekend away, There is a lot of choice of food and I never saw anyone struggling to get in or eat. Bar staff are getting used to making the things on the menu and often struggled to make the drinks on there but always found someone that was more experienced. Staff were friendly and gave great recommendations for places to go or eat. It takes a 10 minute stroll to the local beach or there is a bus for free straight from the hotel into playa blanca where if you go left, there is a shopping centre and marina and if you go right, there are lots of beaches bars and restaurants. The room was spacious clean and modern with a an overhead waterfall shower. Each little apartment has its own garden with loungers and patio furniture. The pool is heated and clean. We couldn’t have asked for any more and I would love to go back next year!!! Thank you, all of you.
