Casas del Sol Candesa

We stayed as a family of 5 , in 4C, last week. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bungalow. It was spotlessly clean , and has been recently renovated with a modern main bathroom and kitchen and lovely flooring throughout. The complex is in a great location, close to the promenade , shops , restaurants and several lovely beaches. A 30 minute, pleasant walk to Marina Rubicon , which we did several times,to reach the nicer restaurants.The pool was lovely and the pool area is very clean and has a calm vibe. The reception staff are extremely helpful. I would recommend for families , those on a budget and those that enjoy a self -catering holiday.

We booked a bungalow at Casas Del Sol at short notice. We were so happy with our accommodation- had everything we needed and a large terrace with sun beds , tables and chairs and sea views ! The grounds were kept beautifully . We received a very warm welcome when we arrived - very friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Pool area lovely with lots of room for everyone. The bungalows are close to all the bars and restaurants, yet very private and quiet.

We stayed in Sunny Secret 14a Casas del sol and it really was the most perfect villa for our family of 5. Perfect location - walking distance to the restaurants and bars. Sea view and a few steps from the swimming pool. Exceptionally clean grounds and the cleanest villa we have stayed in. It was also cleaned during our stay to an amazing standard! would recommend!

Casas del Sol is wonderfully situated very close to the harbour, town centre of Playa Blanca and Flamingo beach…there is even a bus stop just outside the entrance. The villas are in very well kept gardens, the pool is salt water solar heated and reception is friendly and helpful. Car parking is easy with permit from reception. There is a small shop on site selling basic foods but a small supermarket is just a few minutes walk away. Villa called Sunny Secret (14a) occupies a great position , near the pool with some sea view from the large terrace. It is extremely well equipped, very comfortable beds, huge variety of channels on large TV, good outside loungers and shaded outside dining area….there is even a dishwasher! Booking is easy either through Vrbo or direct with the owner. We have stayed at Casas del Sol a number of times…we are convinced 14a is the best villa…so if you have booked there you have hit the jackpot! Colin Bell

We just love this complex. This was our second Visit and we have already booked to come back next year. The reception staff are the best and most helpful staff you can imagine and nothing is too much trouble. The complex is so central and very well maintained. All villas face south so sun all day on terraces. The pool is heated too and always plenty sunbeds. We have stayed in villas 17b (amazing views of harbour) and 22D and loved both. The villas are all different due to being privately owned and different levels of modernisation etc so it depends on what you prefer. We prefer ones with air con and not all have that. We have stayed in playa blanca numerous times in hotels and apartments but this complex is by far the best. Can't wait to return next year

We stayed in 14a Sunny Secret which is really lovely. It has a gorgeous terrace overlooking the pool. It is a short walk to all the superb bars and restaurants and the ferry service to other resorts in Lanzarote.We have stayed in this fab villa many times and cant wait to book again !!!
