Kamezí Boutique Hotel Villas

We booked a one bedroom sea view villa for a week for our honeymoon. The place was amazing from start to finish the villa was beautiful, it was cleaned daily. We booked direct and so breakfast was included. That was delivered each morning, freshly squeezed orange juice, bread which they make onsite, which is delicious, meat, cheese, croissants coffee and jam. We ordered lunch to the villa one day, an amazing burger and again delivered to the door. You can order everything through their app which is very useful, we even ordered off the pillow menu!!! We also requested a juicer so we could juice our own oranges which was lovely. We requested it and it was delivered within hours. We didn’t use the gym or the spa we did book the tasting menu at the restaurant which was lovely. The shop sells the essentials and the amazing bread, meats, croissants (the chocolate ones were delicious) The cocktails in the bar are also amazing and it’s a lovely view. The villas are easy to find from the airport we hired a car from the airport and it took about 25 mins to drive and you can park your car right outside the villa. You are a few minutes drive or short walk from Faro park where there are some restaurants and supermarkets. We walked to Playa Blanca along the promenade which was about 45 mins for dinner one night and we went to the marina a couple of times. Taxi’s are good but there can be queues and that is 7 euros from the villas. But ring from the number supplied by the villa and they will come and pick you up. We will without doubt be going back. We looked at the larger family villas to go back later in the year. Reception were very helpful with my numerous emails before arrival and when we there there. Amazing 5 star stay. There is nothing to fault it was simply perfect.

We visited in November for a break from the Scottish weather! We were lucky to have an ocean view villa & I can’t say enough about how fabulous it was!! We had the chance to sample the Tapas in the Kamezi Terrace. Outstanding & so different from any tapas you will have had! & the setting is just idyllic. Breakfast was delivered daily, and plentiful enough that it covered lunch too. It’s a fair hike to go to Playa Blanca but it’s a 10 min drive, and there is a great wee ‘*****’ of restaurants & bars and a supermarket within walking distance. We have already discussed returning next year!

We stayed at Kamezi for 7 days over Christmas. Our villa was called ‘Bill Gates’ number 16, it was beautiful. 3 bedrooms, all with en suites, living room, kitchen, dining area and an excellent outdoor space with a heated pool. The staff are exemplary, Gillian, the manager David and the whole team were just fantastic. Our excellent service began before we arrived with great communication and commitment from them to make our stay special. The resort is maintained to a high standard. This is evident from the beautifully kept grounds and attention to detail across the amenities such as the boutique shop and wellness centre. There is an app you get access to once you have checked in which you can use to communicate directly with different departments such as housekeeping and the reception which was useful to make specific requests. We had a tranquil stay which ended far too quickly! We usually go all inclusive, but staying at Kamezi has for sure changed our perspective of what is important for our holidays in the future. We can’t wait to return.

We have never stayed anywhere better than this. The villa complex is situated in a quiet area of the town . There is a Michelin-starred restaurant on site , which we ate at one night. Not surprisingly the food and service were excellent. The villa was furnished to a very high standard and impeccably clean. The kitchen has everything in it you could need. Each villa has a private pool and garden. There is a well-stocked shop and bakery on-site. Breakfast can be delivered to your villa if wished. We visited the cocktail bar and the views from it are spectacular. The staff are very professional. friendly and knowledgeable, offering a very high level of personal service. There is a spa and gym - which we did not visit. We can not praise the Kamezi highly enough.

The most peaceful 9 days holiday! From start to finish it was wonderful. If I had to give it any critique it would be the towels probably need to be replaced. Considering how beautiful everything else is, they are just a little tired. But they did not make the stay any less perfect. Will definitely be returning next year!

Kamezí villas are simply stunning. We had a 4 night short break and none of us wanted to leave. The villas are beautiful, immaculately clean and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing in the sun. Definitely worth paying the extra for the sea view terrace. Such a calm, relaxing space. Breakfast in the mornings is a lovely touch - we also discovered delicious fresh bread and croissants in the deli (the pistachio croissant was amazing). Reception can’t do enough - they arranged airport transfers, bike hire and were always friendly and helpful. When we arrived around 9pm they had provided sandwiches and a salad for us which was unexpected and much appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here - you won’t be disappointed.
