We would like to thank all of the staff. The hosters, the structure of this resort are wonderful. We felt in home with such lovely treatment. I strongly recommend your wonderful care and it will be on our mind_ sweet memories ever. We will be back for sure! Many many many thanks to make our dreams come😀.

Stay from March 19 to 26 The hotel is new but we do not recommend the place. Active forest fires If you have respiratory problems, think about it before going to this place. Many forest fires every day, there is smoke and ash everywhere. Many were bothered by the smoke. The beach, very rocky and with a slope to go down to get there. It's very difficult. There were jellyfish all week, swimming was impossible. For snorkeling, everything is dead, there is nothing beautiful to see. Sunset event is served at 5:30 p.m. and the beach bar closes at 6 p.m. but the sun sets from 7 p.m. until 8 a.m. which is not logical. Buffet, very small for the size of the resort and very little variety. We saw much better in Cuba No water pressure in our room, difficult to wash your hair even with the small shower. During the weekends, prepare to be invaded by locals. We had a swimout room and suddenly 26 locals gathered in the pool and did not respect the private balconies and steps. Some neighbors had to go to security to ask them to leave because only one couple had a swimout room. Moreover, on several occasions during the trip, people who did not have a swimout came to use our deck chairs in the water and on our balcony. The swimouts in the Level section are marked off with a rope but not those in the regular section. Positive points The sunset is magnificent. Special thanks to Melissa and Ernesto from the bar and Maria from the international restaurant for their extraordinary services.

After reading this last review. I cannot believe they would blame hotel for what a tourist did and the food (lots of meat and fish!!!) Is the vest we have had in 18 times to Cuba. The staff is amazing, had our shower head fixed within an hour of reporting, ac noise also promptly taken care of and maid got us a whole brand new toilet seat as the lid kept coming off. I don't understand where these people gave been if they think this is a bad resort. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And after previously posting about people cutting across our swimup patio, it stopped so I deleted the review. When home, I will write another review with names of the wonderful staff (I'm awful at names) who gave me a gift today at breakfast....wow...

5 star hotel. 5 star service. We booked a deluxe swim up room, only to find they had upgraded us to The Level (adults only) when we arrived 😎 Thank you Melia x This resort is beautiful! The design - low rise buildings, sprawling so it never felt crowded, plenty of pools, stunning decor, numerous chill out lounge spaces. The rooms: they all appear very similar. Modern, well designed, immaculate. The swim out option was a must have for us. Loved it! The restaurants - again beautifully designed. Even the buffet restaurant was gorgeous. The food - best we've ever had in 20 years of visiting Cuba. Drinks - a greater variety than we're used in Cuba. The beach - although not soft white sand it is still beautiful and white and wide with plenty of palapa, day beds and lounge chairs. Just bring swim shoes as there are some rocks and shells and coral. The view of the mountains from the beach was something I could spend all day viewing. The staff - very well trained and professional. Great service! Thx to our concierge Lizandra. There is so much more to this resort than I've mentioned and when we go back we will make use of more of the facilities: the gym, spa and the entertainment, and report back.

The hotel is amazing starting on the customer service all the way to the room and buffet and restaurant.the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable/nice this is our 3 time coming back to the hotel I will recommend this to anyone.come enjoy this paradise.😊😊😊😊 MELIA Trinidad peninsula
